Update: I sent an email to the response to my review and never heard anything back. Assuming it’s an automatic thing to make it appear they are trying to fix issues.
We ordered delivery and were notified it was out for delivery at 6:15. At 6:18 the DoorDash driver they used called and told me he was locked out of his car with the pizza inside. I called the store to ask for the order to be remade so we weren’t waiting while the driver waited for triple a to get him in his car. The person on the phone told me to wait 25 min and call if we didn’t have our food. We waited 30 min and called again. The driver was still not able to get in his car. At which point I asked for a refund since the pizza couldn’t be delivered and had been sitting in a car for over 30 min. I was told I could only receive a credit. Once I was able to talk to a manager he offered to remake the pizzas but it was too late at that point and we didn’t want to wait another hour. He said he would refund the order but an hour later the order was falsely marked delivered even though we didn’t receive anything. Read moreI placed an order online for delivery. The food arrived and the food was totally not presentable AT ALL. I took photos to submit to cooperate because I will not let this go. So I had to get out of my bed and drive to the location for my order to be fixed correctly and the staff on duty was completely unapologetic and nonchalant about this issue. I will make sure to post this picture and tag the location this is not the first time this has occurred and been brought up. Nothing is never done, if you don’t like your job then quit simple. Contacted cooperate with this because why pay for a delivery service and you still have to leave to go back to the store for the order being messed up. That location needs another staff those that take their job seriously. Jenny is the staff member name. Then on top of that while in the store waiting on my order, jenny gave out the wrong pizza to another guest and they brought it back in after noticing it wasn’t their order, jenny then opened the pizza again and decided to just place the pizza in the warmer for it’s correct owner whenever they arrive. Read moreI’m at the age now, where I leave reviews. I am not going to go back-and-forth with any service staff. My hope is that this franchise owner realizes the staff at this location is overwhelmed, understaffed or highly unprofessional I am not sure which. I literally just left. I walked in and attempted to place an order after waiting for about 15 minutes to even be acknowledged. I could see that the staff was a bit busy as they were moving a mile a minute in an attempt to input orders. So, understandably, I did not mind waiting. However, it is when I was finally acknowledged that I was told they would “put my order in, but they really didn’t feel like doing it.” We all get overwhelmed, and we all do things that we don’t feel like doing. However, to tell a paying customer that while huffing and puffing and aggressively pushing buttons when I literally just walked into the place of business in which you work is unacceptable. I told him to not even worry about it as at that point I did not want to spend my money there. The two other gentlemen that were behind me and began to question if orders could be placed walked out a few minutes later as well. I am assuming they were refused service as well.
