Burlington — Local services in Crystal Lake

I stopped at this Burlington location tonight on my way back to Chicago I needed a few things for a family member coming in from Cincinnati Ohio that's fell on some hard times. I typically I'm not a shopper at Burlington I find other stores are more capable of meeting my needs than Burlington. But please allow me to say tonight while I was shopping I needed a particular item in a different size, one of your associates by the name of Austin approached me, and when I was finished explaining what I needed he was very informative and extremely helpful not to mention very kind and more than once he went the extra mile to meet my needs! Because of this let's just say I will be spending more of my money with Burlington department stores, or at least your location. I have always been one that enjoys giving credit to someone when credit is due you guys should be very grateful to have an associate like Austin! I was able to make it back home in time and got all the items that I was searching for to be able to help my family member that is in need all due to the customer service that was provided to me by Austin. I never leave reviews for retail places, I'm mostly a food reviewer but damn this Burlington is just a complete disaster. They literally just opened about a month ago and every single aisle is in shambles. You can barely walk through some of the aisles because the floors are covered with merchandise. Not to mention every single aisle has the wrong merchandise in it just thrown everywhere. I've been to a ton of Burlington's and this one is the messiest and worst run one I've seen especially for just being open. I'm not sure if they lack employees or just management isn't doing their job but it's impossible to shop in this store or find anything.
