I tried to return some things and the employee tried to tell me that they don't accept returns for underwear or fragrance AT ALL. Then, when I questioned him about it, because that's not even printed on the back of the receipt, or anywhere in the store as far as I know, even though it's apparently "always been policy", he chose to call the manager up as if I was being difficult. When the manager gets there, she corrected him that THEY CAN take back fragrance and underwear as long as it's CLEARLY unopened, and the tags are attached, which was exactly the case. So don't get an attitude with me as if the return amount will be taken out of your paycheck, just give me my money back. I used to come into this store and buy things for my kids and I all the time But now their selection isn’t so great the Burlingtons across the street has better and more oh and last time I went there to find my daughter something when I came in All the employees looked at me and Did Not greet me but was cuddle up having a conversation and when I left didn’t say have a good night or anything and I walked right passed them both times! Walking in, the store was trashed compared to the McHenry location where I usually shop. I finally found a few items worth purchasing like a 3piece suitcase set and a few tshirts for the kiddos and went to the checkout lane. The suitcase set did feel light so I asked the cashiers Surai and corrina to check to make sure they were all there. When corrina opened the suitcase, it was empty so she called her coworker Surai over. Surai explained that the warehouse must’ve forgotten to remove the tag identifying the suitcase as 3 pieces when in fact it was only one. McHenry would’ve given me like 5% off or something for THEIR mistake. This Ross refused. I took their names and left and I won’t be back. Shop elsewhere. Go to the McHenry Ross or another location....
