I would not recommend anyone to purchase their wedding dress (or anything) from this store. I had the absolute worst experience. They took what should have been an exciting moment of finding and purchasing my wedding dress and turned it in to a horrible experience. My initial appointment here was fine and I ended up getting a dress, but when the dress came in 4 months later was when the problems began. I setup an appointment to pick up my dress and when I showed up for my appointment the bridal store was closed and there was a sign on the door that directed me to the prom store. When I got to the prom store, they said the owner, Susie (who I made the appointment with), had left for the day and not left the keys for the bridal store so I had to try on my dress at the prom store. I was very disappointed as this was not the customer service I expected, but tried on my dress anyways. After trying on my dress, there was a hook and eye that needed to be added so the associate said she needed a half hour to sew it. After an hour and a half of waiting (two hours after my appointment time), I still didn't have the dress. After the dress was finally done, I left after a very frustrating and disappointing day. I ordered the dress made to measure, as well, and after taking it to an seamstress learned that the dress was actually not made to measure and I had been taken advantage of. I asked for the made to measure money back and not only did I not receive a refund, Susie would not even discuss any of the details of made to measure with me. I have never met anyone more rude, condescending or unprofessional in my life. She completely ruined my wedding dress...

I had the most incredible experience finding my wedding dress - they were body positive and not super overwhelmingly in-your-face. They offered the opportunity for me to enjoy my experience with the most important people I invited. They custom measure your body so the dress is fit to YOU and not the wild wedding industry sizes. When the dress came in - it fit ME like a glove. They work closely with recommended individuals who do alterations (they’re incredibly priced) and because the dress was fit to me I needed no work done besides the bustle.

The owner noticed that the manufacturer sent the wrong color vail (honestly I didn’t even notice). Her attention to detail and reassurance that it would be taken care of and that I’d have a vail that matched the color of my dress EXACTLY truly made me feel like a valued customer.

I enjoyed my experience saying “yes to the dress” so much that we decided to rent tux’s for my husband, the groomsmen, our dads AND our brothers. Our other option was Men’s Wearhouse - I’ve never been a huge fan of them to begin with and their prices are higher for less quality pieces.

The guys were fitted pristinely and any questions, comments or concerns that arose were answered immediately with honesty and recommendations on what would look the most dapper. All the men, not just my husband, looked incredible. Half the reason our photos look so unbelievably good we owe to Brideology/Tuxology for the high quality merchandise they offer.

I can’t say anything bad about this place. They have been so helpful and kind with helping me get my dress. I went to first time in early 2020 and tried on a few dresses that weren’t 100% me. The owner, Rebecca, stepped in and told me to come back in a couple weeks because they were getting a dress she knew I would love. She was right, they texted me when the dress was there and when I came in I loved it. We ordered the dress and when it came in it ended up being way too big. My fiancé and I postponed the wedding so I never went back to discuss options for the dress. I ultimately went back in January 2022 and brought the dress and the owner told me she would get me a new dress at no additional cost that was by measurements and that everything would be good for my wedding in June 2022. Fast forward a month to today, the owner texted me last night to tell me unfortunately my dress wouldn’t make it in time because of what is happening in Ukraine. She told me to come on in and that I could have the dress off the rack (because it did fit me, it was just a little small on the chest) and she gave me back half of my money. If I didn’t want that dress she also offered for me to have any dress off the rack at 50% off or just my money back completely. I ended up taking my original dress of the rack, so she sent information for someone to do some alterations and she sent me with extra fabric and new cup sizes all at no charge. They really care about you as a bride and your time/money. I highly recommend them if you want a bridal salon that really...
