“If you can dream it, we can build it” — and they mean it. I brought Bobby and the crew at Sound Decisions an absolute nightmare of a boat audio setup, and they handled it like true pros. While the original installers were clearly not audio professionals, Bobby stepped up and assured me they have it handled, with genuine care and expertise.

The team cleaned up the mess, found a smart way to reuse the existing speaker holes, and had everything up and running in less than three days. The system sounds incredible now, and I couldn’t be happier. I’m already thinking about my next project with them.

Highly recommend Sound Decisions for any of your audio needs, especially if you want it done right the first time. Bobby and his crew are top notch.

I had a dash cam installed by Sound Decisions last week & was very happy with the results. "Bobby" the owner gave me an honest assessment of the process, & a estimate of what the total cost would be. The price was not inexpensive, but I've learned thru the years, "you get what you pay for". This rang true the very next day, when I had a problem with the dash cam's software. I couldn't get the device to pair with the unit, & I was ready to return it to Amazon. I called up "Sound Decisions" & Bob fit me into his schedule that same day. Instead of removing the unit, Bob took a look at my phone & determined the phone's 'VPN" had been the culprit. We shut off the "VPN" & Bob was able to setup the unit to work with the existing software. Total time was about 30 minutes, & it worked flawlessly! Thanks "Bobby"... very much appreciated!...

if i could give 6 stars i would..!! had a system installed a couple years ago at a place in my old state that i never really thought was very impressive then it turned into grounding noises crackling and speakers cutting out. brought it to sound decisions for diagnosis and was told there were multiple issuse that needed correcting with the install and workmanship i was quoted a more that fair price for the work needed they used my same componants, tuned my amp correctly and fixed faulty connection and i was literally blown away on the ride home could not believe the sound quality and sound levels delivered at a lower volume setting than before..! sound decisions is a absolutley legit car...
