I had a appt. First they were a hour late. Then they didn't know what they were ordered to do. Then once they figured out and got the job done. And payment was made. They are now calling my mother when for another payment that already was made. They are crooks and harassing people. When asked to call office you get no answer. They call from random numbers and harrass you as well. The messed up part is they call and get my mother and harrass her then say I'm cussing them out. I have messages and asked to speak with Dennis they say he doesn't have a available number and don't answer office when call. It's a lady name sue that uses personal phone to get people to make a second payment. When calling Sue's personal number back you get put on hold. There is nothing professional about calling older people and harrass them trying to get another payment after payment has been made. And now accusations of a false report made are ridiculous especially being county records are accessible. They are scammers 100%!!!!! SAD to say owner dennis was nice and employees scam loyal customers.... And since they have been here our air conditioning unit has not worked. We had someone come out. And we found out the electrician disconnected our power to our AC. And have called back and they refuse to do anything about it. ... Replaced a panel and a pole for a price I won't disclose because I have paid twice as much to replace just the box. These guys did some serious work well into the night. When WREC showed up to reconnect I heard the guy on the phone say if it was anyone else but Bailey's I would say "No", but they hooked it up. I called several other 'electricians'. Was put on hold for 20+ minutes or they didn't answer or went to a machine. If no one answers the phone why would I use them? When you need power you need power now. I also liked that I could hear "I believe it was Jana' saying "What do we have to do so that he never has this problem again." I have had others look at it and adjust it to work for a while. My neighbor’s tree fell on my house taking out my electrical box Yesterday (on the 4th of July). I was without electric and water water due to me having well water. I called Baileys Electrical the next morning and spoke to Mrs. Bailey and she asked why did I wait to call that they would have sent someone out yesterday. She sounded concerned and was very informative as to when I should expect the electricians. They sent out the best of the best. Dustin and Dustin went way and beyond and were very efficient in analyzing the damage. They quickly had me up and running in no time. When I signed for the bill it just made my day even better.
