My parents are elderly and on a fixed income and my Mom is battling metastatic cancer. Needless to say, money is very tight. Their AC unit began blowing hot air (with temps outside in the high 90s) and my Dad bought and tried to install a new thermostat. It didn’t fix the problem so I stepped in to call for help. They had purchased their AC unit 11 years ago from Senica and had been very happy with their purchase and any follow up warranty work so I called them first. It was 6 pm on a Friday when I called Senica and a technician came to the house within 40 minutes. John has been with the company for years and had helped Mom and Dad before. He was courteous, respectful and most of all, so kind to my parents. John took one look at the thermostat and switched out a wire that Dad had installed incorrectly. 5 minutes later, the AC was blowing cold air. I was so impressed with John and his honesty and integrity. I have had nightmares dealing with other AC repair companies before and I am so happy to say that Senica went above and beyond to help my parents. While other companies might have charged a huge fee for “after hours” or stayed late pretending to fix the problem, John identified the issue, showed Dad what had happened and charged a nominal fee. For your prompt service and thank you so much for the technician James that you sent out very professional cleaned up after himself told me everything that he was doing and I truly appreciate it being a woman sometimes it's hard when a man comes out and I've learned from other companies that I've tried calling today that you can truly get the runaround but Seneca heating and air came through with exactly what they said I didn't have to wait 2 to 5 hours for him to show up he was here within 30 minutes very professional again thanks to Seneca Heating and Air and a special shout out to their technician James he did a great job and I think we found our new AC company it's hard to find honest work thank you very much again and thanks...

We were in need of a new AC/heat system after our old one died after 19 years. Senica came out the day after we called, gave us a price for a new high efficiency Carrier and agreed to come the next day to install it.

We were told they would be here between 8:30am and 9am. Right on schedule, a very skillful team of 2 gentleman arrived this morning and got right to work. They had our old unit out and the new one completely installed within 4 hours. They were clearly hard working, professional and considerate.

We could not have asked for a better experience. We are glad we called Senica and hired them for the job. We sure appreciate all of our contacts with the folks at Senica, particularly their great installation team....hope Senica appreciates them too! ...
