This company does not care about your life, they only care about your money. It's nothing more than a collections agency. Employees are punished when customers don't pay their dues and if the store doesn't make a certain percentage. Sure, their store hours are until 7PM, but they MAKE the employees stay 2 hours past that time. One is calling delinquent customers while the other is going door to door attempting to collect payments. Now.... Inside the store are appliances that are either new or preleased. You can own them, yes. But you will pay TRIPLE the MSRP after fees and interest have accrued. That being said, the preleased items they have in the store have been collected or returned by customers with infestations. Yes, ROACHES will crawl out of your appliances and furniture if you buy from this store. They do not clean them, sanitize them or sterilize them properly. The staff will sit in the office until the front door opens. You will never enter the showroom and be welcomed. So, when you walk in and expect SUPERIOR customer service, you won't get it. As I said before, all they want is your money. Doesn't matter what you get. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to an Aaron's. I declined it online and apparently I should have declined it online and in the store and they couldn't give me my money back because the general manager wasn't there to stop the payment.
