Taco Bell — Restaurant in Cullman

Taco bell use to be one of my family's favorite places to eat because we couldget a lot of food for a little money, and it had a pretty good flavor . Now you still get a good price, but it seems that the food is nothing like the picture up on the wall. It's a noticeable difference. And maybe it's because I'm older and more picky , but it doesn't taste good. I have tried just about everything on their menu, and it all tastes process plastic with a lot of salt in it. It is just not worth the huge stomach ache afterwards to eat this food. Honestly I will skip the meal if everyone wants to eat at Taco Bell because it feels better to be hungry than to endure the stomach ache that comes with eating there. This one is reasonably clean and well stocked however, with condiments and napkins and etc. The service was decent ,if somewhat slow, but the order was correct. I can't really say I want to go and eat there again, but I do have children and grandchildren that like to eat there. So, I'll be the lady sitting there waiting to go home and eat...

Yesterday I only ordered one chicken soft taco Supreme and they kept saying 'What?' and finally the person knew what I wanted but not sure if they were frustrated because there was a rather large piece of torn plastic the size of my thumb nail inside the taco. I bought it for my daughter and went to her school but she didn't want it and I gave it to another child that was hungry. That child found it and let me know it was n the taco after she took a but she said 'it's okay, I didn't swallow it." I was horrified but told her not to eat it. I checked it over really good and didn't see anymore but I will not go back as I was a regular customer at this location. I'm losing hope in these fast food places and it's probably best not to eat at any of them now a days. I am very disturbed by this incident. I'm just warning others. Today I decided to get Taco Bell but my first choice was Southern BBQ but remembered they were closed (or used to be) on Mondays. Got to order area in drive thru someone mumbled something but I couldn't understand so had to ask whoever it was to repeat themselves and get closer to the microphone. I placed my order but the order taker for some reason couldn't understand that I wanted 6 soft tacos and 6 crunchy tacos without lettuce. I think it was a male and he kept asking me about the soft tacos so I told him 6 regular soft tacos without lettuce and 6 crunchy tacos without lettuce and to please add mild sauce to the bag. What I got was 6 crunchy tacos no lettuce and 6 soft tacos with sauce and sour cream on them and no mild sauce. I wondered why the total was over $23! I was charged for Supreme Soft Tacos!!! YUCK..I HATE SOUR CREAM!!! Taco Bell owes...
