Waffle House — Restaurant in Cullman

I just want to touch base on the Current Employee "Princess Emma" 7/28/2024 at 8 p.m. ... I was at the bar she was NOT my waitress but here friends had came in to dine and was sitting down by the restrooms and she was determined to get their orders in first before anyone else in the restaurant was able to order. I am not sure of the circumstances if there was a new cook or what was goin on but one of the male cook's asked her to slow down because she was glong to fast telling her order and "Princess Emma" proceeds to take her hat off , sigh really hard and storm off into the back and then came back out and made a smart comment openly on the floor to the cook which I couldn't hear and the she proceeded walk through the double doors separating the kitchen from the dining area and stormed out side slamming the doors on her wait out to go sit on the sidewalk and smoke a cigarette/vape. She also was a bully and very rude to the other waitresses in the kitchen telling them to wait ✋🏻 that her friends haven't gotten their order in yet. She was causing a whole scene for everyone to see that was remotely paying attention and the atmosphere in the restaurant was tense and quiet. If It wasn't for the jukebox playing , you could've heard a pin drop. She has a very immature attitude and is also very unprofessional. As for the other employees, and food quality; it...

I personally love Waffle House. But this last experience was dreadful. We went to every location in my city before getting service. Our first stop right off AL 157. Our table( the bar) was dirty and could not get service with the entire staff in front of us and the racially profiled the only african American in the store for texting at the bar and was going to call the police. We left and go to Good Hope. Our waitress was quick and snatched my husband's menu and when he got another she tried to take it from him so he couldn't order so we left. So we go to the new one beside Sonic and we were finally able to get quality service and hot food by an elderly man who worked there. He was amazing and did a fantastic job. Never was waited on. We sat down to a dirty table and no one acknowledge us when we came in. Finally, a young long blonde headed girl with her back to us, turn her head and said I will be with you in a moment. We waited and waited with her still standing there. Best I could figure, she was waiting to call in a order, while the cooks was preparing a large order. I asked her if we could have a menu, she handed us a menu while we still had a dirty table. After giving the order she had been waiting to call in, she asked the table behind us if they needed anything. She refilled their drinks. Then came to our table to start clearing it.
