Do not waste your time doing business here. My wife and I bought a power couch and loveseat. When delivered the loveseat didn't work. They said they would exchange the loveseat. Now 2 months later still no loveseat. They have lied every time I have spoken with them. They have said every week, we will delivery this day or that day still no working loveseat. I have gone in the store 4 times with the same lie. You are scheduled for Wednesday or Thursday yet still no working loveseat. They did have a delivery person come to my house to replace the loveseat, only for them to say , sorry we don't have what we need to deliver your loveseat. Really you brought the other one and yet somehow you don't have what you need I have till yet to receive the battery packs promised. They say this is ordered but I'm sure that is a lie as well I at this point will be seeking other measures to get what has been promised by all means necessary Save yourself a headache of dealing with such unethical people. The lady that sold us the couch/recliner last year was very nice and helpful. After that is went DOWNHILL. First time the couch broke it took forever for them to come replace it. They kept saying they have me on the schedule and never show up. Finally got the new set and was good to go. Fast forward to not quite a year later, issues with the couch yet again. Called and they said they will schedule an appointment to have them come out to repair. Sent the pictures to the employee as per her request. Hear nothing for a few weeks. Touched base again with the same employee that confirmed she sent the info in to the people to come repair it and hopefully I should hear back within two weeks to get on the schedule. That was the beginning of September! Almost two months and nothing but crickets from them. I will NEVER buy anything from them again nor recommend anyone to them. Poor...

I really wouldn't even give this place one star!!! I have bought a lot of furniture from this company but the Cullman store is not worth even going into!! The manager there will do nothing but lie to you. I purchased a couch from there and was told one price and was charged a totally different price. When I called about it the manager there told me an outrageous lie about how she had witnesses that she did not agree on a price. I did in her office and agreed on a price and she charged me over two hundred more than we had discussed. She wouldn't fix the problem either.
