It's time for real talk. Customers understand the idea of work shortages, "We're short staffed, people didn't show up, etc." But really? Veteran's free meal day? One of the busiest times of the year? People were waiting 30 to 50 minutes and the dining room is 1/3 full (see pics)?? At some point, you've got to buck up and realize you will cease having customers if you don't do better. It's that simple. And on a side note, it's so much pressure on the staff who do show up, they make mistakes just from the stress and impossibility of taking care of dozens of people. Do better. It's not even about the food! RESPONSE TO YOUR RESPONSE RECEIVED MINUTES AGO Leadership doesn't get it. We're not all out to get free food! I'm trying to help your business and your employees, all of them. Even after seeing this review, what has management done today to get the desperate help your floor workers are needing? This week? This month? Guess what? It doesn't matter what you have done regardless, because it hasn't solved the problem. And owners, if your management can't get the job done, it's time for new management. If not, you, the owners are completely at fault. Not being one bit hateful. Just real talk. But owners, honestly, I think you have zero idea what happens on a day to day behind the scenes. Do you think we as customers don't see the egregious turnover? Do you think we don't hear staff and management and employees arguing in the back? Do you think Alabama has ever come in 2nd Place in the town gossip category? This is no huge metropolitan! Owners, did you see the pictures? Did you see the empty dining room on Veteran's Day at lunch rush? Secondary problem: lack of staff and people not showing up Root Problem: Leadership

I wanted the sampler platter but didn't want the onion rings. I wanted something else like extra mozzarella sticks or wings instead. I was told by our waitress they have a thing at this location where you can pay $2 extra to customize your own platter so I was like "great I'll do that!". Well, I did this but ultimately ended up paying $2 extra dollars to get the exact same sampler on the menu bc the manager refused to allow me to pick what I wanted. I could understand if I was wanting to get something more expensive than the items offered on the original sampler but I couldn't even do double wings. It was a total rip off and the manager was extremely rude about it. I've not had this issue at any of the other locations. If it wasn't for our waitress being so kind and polite about the whole ordeal I would give this place a 1 star review. They seriously need to reconsider their management. I always wondered why their parking lot stays empty and now I know why. I will stick with the Birmingham or the Gardendale location from now on.

Buffalo Wild Wings hosted our senior recognition dinner. We had around 40 people in attendance. Ashlynn was our ONLY waitress for the night and she absolutely killed it. Never had to ask for refill. Everyone's order came out quickly and CORRECT. No issues whatsoever. They had our space available to decorate before the guests arrived. Super impressed and happy. Thank you Ashlynn for your amazing work ethic and attentiveness.

Why three stars? Shrinkflation and incredibly slow (cook) service. We got there about 8:30 on a Monday night. The app, Ultimate Nachos, was far from "ultimate". Toppings didn't come close to covering the nachos. Very little cheese and maybe two small sliced jalapenos. The salsa and chili came in condiment sized plastics cups ($13). The staff that delivered the nachos told us she would bring us silverware. We didn't see her again. The main courses were all good (we agreed- unanimously); 15 wings (three different sauces), Asian zing cauliflower, bacon smash hatch chili burger. However, the wait was unsatisfactory. Our food arrived after a handful of apologies for the wait (we were also issued apologies at the end of the evening). Paying caused further delay (more waiting on the check to be picked up). There was nothing slowing the process except staff. The place was not packed. In fact, there only seemed to be a few patrons total (five total tables). One of us (party of three) commented she had never heard a BWs so quite. Again, the food was tasty (the beef patties were not hot- something you might expect after waiting nearly an hour for it to arrive- the grilled veggies on the burger were hot). All in all, a bit disappointed. With prices going up and supply going down, it is sad to see effort disregarded and corporate cut backs negatively affecting the experience. I want to be clear, the food was tasty and the waiter was excellent. It took entirely too long. We were out a few...

My roommate and I order from here every week and they manage to pack the order wrong just about every time. If you call and let them know, they will argue that they packed the order correctly. Just a few minutes ago my roommate ordered it through doordash for me as I was later coming home than usual (we normally get it to go and pick it up though). I asked for my Asian zing on the side since I don’t like it smothered. I got two cups of ranch and zero Asian zing when my order arrived. I told my roommate to call and at least get refunded for the ranch he paid for (1.50 each) since they didn’t give me the sauce for the wings. The manager then continues to argue that they packed the order themself and they know the Asian zing was in there. So what? You think I’m lying? I pay for my food every single week and you think I’m trying to penny pinch bww for $3 or something? My roommate and I both work in customer service and have for a long time. We understand that sometimes it can be tough. We’ve never had an attitude or tried to be a Karen about stuff. We just want our order to be correct. This is the third or fourth time we’ve had our order packed incorrectly. Sometimes we are missing wings, sometimes sauce, sometimes the cheese app we order. Kinda crazy because I work in Birmingham during the week and never have this problem with any other locations besides Cullman.

Yeah. After today, we will...
