So after posting my problem with this store location , the store owner reached out to us and listened to our problem with the bed . He also had our order in front of him . He had taken the the time to track the bed frame down for us and have it brought out the next day . This is what customer service is about . We didn’t want a whole new system we just wanted the defective one switched out .
