Brought items to sell today, there was expensive designer pieces in there. Some not nice things too but dresses that retailed for $3k, shirts that retail for $2k new. Like expensive stuff. The girl didn’t even look, she was kinda picking at the pieces and then would say nothing in the stack. I showed up no make up in full gross rain clothes but give me a break, my trucker hat I had on is $450. But I doubt they even knew the brand. She even said she didn’t take my designer because some didn’t have care labels so she doesn’t know if they are real or not (honey, I work at THAT designer brand, I authentic that clothing 🤣).
It’s very rude, takes a lot of time to get stuff together to bring to you guys, take a moment and actually look. To just pretend is flat out rude and then when at the end they begrudgingly got one item, which they gave me $15 for and it was $300 leather jacket new. I tell them I actually work in fashion at that possibly fake designer, her face kinda goes white. Yeah, I would just send real stuff to the real real and don’t even bother bringing your pieces here. Such an utter waste of time for...
Read moreThis was hands-down the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had—not just at Crossroads, but anywhere. The staff at this location are incredibly unprofessional, condescending, and flat-out rude. From the moment I walked in, I was met with eye-rolls, judgmental stares, and smug attitudes. As they went through my clothing, they openly made disgusted facial expressions and whispered comments to each other like middle school bullies. One staff member even had the audacity to tell me something was “out of date and gross” and would “never sell.” Who trained these people?
It’s one thing to be selective about inventory—it’s another to insult and humiliate your customers in the process. These employees clearly think working at a secondhand store makes them fashion authorities, when in reality, they just come across as mean-spirited and unprofessional. Crossroads should be ashamed to have staff like this representing their brand. I won’t be returning to this location, and I strongly urge others to take their...
Read moreThis place made me physically sick. I brought some things before a trip and passed the 7 DAY RETURN (?!?) and when I took my $150 worth of purchase (I bought it before and tried on at home because the store was busy) they wouldn’t take the return and offered me $26 for the $150 STORE PURCHASE cost. I’m a working professional who volunteers on the weekend and doesn’t spent my entire life trying to find the best fashion.. I thought maybe this was a cool thrift store but they are absolutely crooks. It was my first and LAST time shopping here!! I’ll pay full price and donate to Goodwill or BuyNothing before I support such a predatory corporation. People have real lives.. I understand a limited return policy for inventory reasons.. but I don’t understand actively trying to take advantage of your customers like this.. 7 Days. Come on!!?! ALL TAGS ON and RECEIPT too. Buying back the same clothes for 30% is...
