Ever since this place opened up it’s added a huge convenience into mine and my spouses lives. We both have ADHD and meal planning can fall to the back burner sometimes, especially for work lunches or dinners. As they’ve continued to grow in this space they’ve adjusted their hours to fit the needs to the community in which they serve and have expanded their menu. I notice that a lot of the reviews do not take into account that they had just opened up this location a few months ago and were still learning the area. Their current hours now give me the perfect amount of time to walk over and grab a lunch before work. Their food selection is plenty and I have yet to try any meal that I haven’t liked. There seems to be a constant rotation of staff and as with the food, I’ve yet to meet any staff member who wasn’t friendly or welcoming. I am very pleased with this place. So far, I've noticed only one female cashier and two male cashiers (male cashiers were being rotated every week). My experience with the female cashier was pleasant --- she was professional and competent... But the male cashiers don't seem to know what they are doing. One didn't know how to use the gift card from a customer (kept swiping it back & forth multiple times and held back the line for a while) and still couldn't figure it out until after he made an urgent phone call to someone. Both male cashiers do not have the basic knowledge that they are supposed to give the receipt to customers. Once they make you pay --- they say "You are all set" --- without giving you the receipt. I was seeking help with a Doordash order they arranged and she argued she didn't place the order and hung up. When I called back, she cursed and complained seemingly under her breath that I had called back and she hung up immediately. I called back to get the delivery sorted and she hung up a third time without trying to help at all. I can't believe people like this in a customer-facing business with zero customer service skills are hired for this type of position. You never hang up on a customer.
