There credit card machine didn't work at the time and when I received the charge I called them. Kevin was to call me and explain, but never did. I tried calling several times, phone service is ridiculous, no answer and cannot leave messages. Thankfully, I had a number from messager and they said they were sorry a lot was going on there that day.

But if they quote you $200.00 for repair and you don't have it in writing it maybe a $400.00 bill to get your items back.

Really amazing people! They helped fix a watch for my girlfriend not just once but three times without any complaints. I only paid $5 throughout all of that and it wasn't even for their labor, it was for a new watch battery.
