My fiancé and I came into Ella Boutique to shop for meaningful wedding gifts for our parents, and the experience was terrible. When we first walked in, the sales lady (possibly the owner) told us she would be with us “in just a minute.” Instead of helping us, she completely ignored us, walked to the back of the store, and proceeded to help other customers who came in after us. We stood there waiting, walking around the store trying to be patient, but were blatantly overlooked.
