Waffle House — Restaurant in Georgia

Honestly where do I begin I came here today tryna get a quick meal with my boyfriend and my uncle I’m Hispanic and the way I was treated here was not at all okay my waiter whom I didn’t even bother to learn her name just because of how she was treating us started off with throwing our straws on the table we ignored it said thank you and she ignored us fine whatever she didn’t give us our silverware until we had or food on our tables cooling down we tried to flag her down before then but she kept ignoring us and very visually bothering other tables she kept coughing with her mouth open and quite honestly made us loose our appetite when she finally gave us our silverware she threw it on the table as she did with our straws this time I was annoyed we were trying to eat and she kept coming up to us asking us pointless questions touching our drinks as we were trying to eat while jaw jacking it was not helping their case and don’t even get me started on the cooks honestly wasn’t to bad when I first got there they said hello to me and were welcoming but nobody wants to hear you fight with your coworkers they were yelling at the servers like they raised them or something it was disturbing and everyone in the restaurant was quite uncomfortable I will never come back to this location and I don’t recommend anyone do...

Let me just start out by saying that typically when I go to Waffle House, it’s not for the service, but I was craving some waho waffles and cheese eggs! I haven’t been in at least 6 or 7 years. There are 2 locations off of exit 14 and my friend and I decided to meet at this one and boy am I glad we did! It was outstanding. Our server, Cassie, was so kind, let us take our time and was more than happy to bring us extra items. After we finished, she happily brought us to go drinks. There was another woman working who checked us out and she was so nice too! And as we left I think every person working in that restaurant kindly said goodbye and hoped we had a great day, etc. As soon as we stepped out of the door my friend and I both looked at each other and had the same thought. Everyone was so amazing and the food was delicious! They even brought us extra waffles because they weren’t happy with how small ours turned out originally. I usually do not expect much when going to Waffle House. Always consistent food and usually service. Honestly here though, we sat down, we’re waiting patiently. The waitress was talking with other customers which was all good, but it did take quite a while. When she finally made it over after after talking to her co worker, she did not say a word to us and continued talking to her co worker. She set the silverware down on the dirty table and we thanked her, she completely ignored us. I could have gotten passed the gross table, even though they only had one other customer eating, but that was extremely disrespectful. I do not recommend...
