I understand that Sprouts is able to pass along savings to their customers by purchasing and selling produce that is perhaps slightly more mature than you would find in other stores or not 1st pick quality. With that said, I don’t believe it is too much to ask for strawberries that last 24 hours before they start growing mold. This was not the case with the package I purchased yesterday(6/30/18). The fact is the quality of produce in this location has been in steady decline since the store opened. When I returned with the package and asked to speak with a manager, the head cashier deflected and invited me to replace them or receive a refund. When I went back to place they were located, the 3 remaining packages were also in various late stages of decay. When I went back up to the front and asked again to speak to a manager the same cashier deflected again and offered a refund. When I insisted that I needed the produce, then the produce employee was called to see if there were more in the back. That employee brought 8 packages from the back cooler that looked like they might last at least as long as I needed them to for a gathering this afternoon. This is not an acceptable business practice and the deflection from managerial resolution is likewise unacceptable. While I did receive a substitute for the product I originally purchased, I was in no way made right for the time or resources spent returning to the store to...
Read moreUgly and lazy staff in meat section!!!
With this Cumming Sprouts, my first experience was: few weeks ago, I took the whole chicken to cut them into peaces, and I was told the machine is broken and will be ready by next week. I went the following week and I was told the machine is still not ready. Few days later, I called the store instead of walking in to see if the machine is fixed. I spoke to one of staff and I was asked to come into the store and that's when I came to know that they never use machine to chicken and it was always cut by hand. The meat section slackers were lying claiming the machine is broke just because they were lazy. I explained my experience to the store manager and manager responded very well and he requested me to bring it to on duty store manager if I ever come across any of these situations.
However today, I went again to buy whole chicken and asked the meat (lazy slackers) to cut into small peaces, I got the chicken cut into just three peaces.
I have pictures taken how they cut the whole chicken and I am going post them in social networks like Facebook, Twitter and circulate in my What's up network.
I bought whole chicken from Publix and Ingles several times and had them to cut into small peaces and never had issues. But this Sprouts location meat unprofessional ugly staff will make small things hard.
I decided to never step into...
Read moreI normally have no issues with this location and shop here weekly hence the 3 stars given. Today was unlike any other experience I have had.
I'm often grocery shopping alone with my 2.5 year old because of my husband's job. She is 2.5 and is learning how to make good choices and act appropriately when we are in a public location. The best way for me to teach her these things is in the moment as other parents would probably agree.
When your child is acting like a 2.5 year old in public and you are by yourself it can be quite embarrassing without added judgements and rude comments.
I don't appreciate the way I was treated in this location when my daughter proceeded to scream and cry (while sitting in the seat of the grocery cart) when she did not get her way. I was met with snide comments from the staff and dirty looks. All while I was trying to help bag my own groceries, pay, and get out of there as fast as I could. Of course I know it's not fun to listen to. And believe you me, it wasn't fun for me to be the cause of this disruption.
I was offered no assistance (which I can understand if all associates are busy) but if an employee is going to be judgemental and rude and then not offer any assistance then maybe a reminder on appropriate pr...
