Whataburger — Restaurant in Georgia

We went 2x in week. Both times at the drive-thru both times with a long wait and orders were wrong. My friend asked if the Monterey burger had peppers in it (Maybe pepper jack cheese?). The employee said no peppers on that. It did have pepper jack cheese! Very peppery! My friend's throat closes up with anything spicy! She tasted a tiny bit of the cheese that had oozed out into wrapper and tasted the pepper. I told her that I'd eat it and gave her my patty melt. She loved the patty melt, so we came back again (she wanted another patty melt). We both got patty melts. They were very well done and had some sort of spicy sauce on them! She couldn't eat hers. I didn't notice it since I like spicy. After she called to ask about mine and I looked and saw some of that sauce, then I noticed a little kick to the sauce. A Patty Melt isn't supposed to have sauce, especially not a spicy sauce. Inconsistent to say the least! Fast food employees are untrained and will kill someone! FOOD ALLERGIES! I've ordered Coke and been given Diet Coke instead... the artificial sweeteners give me a migraine! I got a smoothie once. I told the employee NO SUGAR. I was told that they don't use sugar... ummm, I'm looking at the menu board and it says "turbinado"... the employee had no idea that turbinado IS SUGAR! DUHHHH. TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES, OWNERS! I normally go to this place late night when I get off work, but today I went before work and didn't have much time to waste. I ordered in the app for ASAP about 10 minutes prior to arriving for curbside delivery (I am in another restaurant uniform and do not like going inside when I am like this). Once parked I put in my space number (kinda glad because the drive-thru was busy). So I waited and waited, the drive-thru line was going so much faster then my meal, the time frame was ridiculous to get my order. After 15 minutes past my ready time I ended up going inside to get my order. I passed management sitting at a table talking, and no counter person at the register. A girl comes from the back and tells me to hold on as she carries a tea urn to the drive-thru area, then says "how can I help you"? I said i'm waiting for my curbside delivery and she goes okay and ask other people for my order... it's sitting on a shelf behind the counter and she tries to give it to me, and I asked for hot frys before I left pissed because it just sitting there and nobody brought it out (but took time to place it on a shelf). I did mention it to the managers I passed on the way in but they were trying to hold me up longer to apologize, I had to get to work already waisted enough time there. My frys were hot the sandwiches were luke warm and lettuce was shriveled up. I...

You wait for 30 minutes plus in line and your food is rarely hot. Fries are always cold at the drive thru. I specifically asked the employee at the window if the fries were fresh/ hot, and she said “yes”. I know better from prior experience not to drive away without checking, and sure enough, the fries were stale and cold. I asked if I could have a fresh batch and said that I would pull forward to the online orders parking spot ahead. The employee came out empty handed 3 minutes later and asked me for the fries that were cold back. I thought that was crazy poor service, and I told her that I already touched the fries. Not that I planned on eating them, I actually wanted to throw them out the window! At that point I did not trust any food that I would get so I told her to keep the new fries. I asked her for the manager’s name so I could call tomorrow and she said that it was Amanda or Rolando. She said it was Amanda that sent her out to get the cold fries. I said that it is ridiculous, and I heard the employee say that I was the ridiculous one as she walked away. I want to reiterate that when the employee took my money I asked to please make sure that the fries were hot, and she said that they were. If the manager was really there she should have come out herself with hot fries and apologized for the wait and...
