After more than 3 months researching and physically visiting several golf cart dealers in and out of my area, I found Cutler Bay Carts. After a 40 minute drive one day I arrived at their shop and it was one of the days that they were closed, went back home and returned the following day. I’m glad I did. Met Tim and Britney, asked them a slew of questions and they answered each and every one of them. The straight forward responses were not a typical pushy sales pitch, they provided the pros and cons of the golf carts i was interested in, they were not in a hurry, they went above and beyond to make sure i was making the right decision. That same day I got my golf cart, the Denago River XLnin gray. They guided me thru financing and they had the absolute best deal from all the other dealers I had visited. I was planning on taking my new golf cart home in a trailer but ran into some issues and couldn’t, here is where Tim stepped in, called his driver and took the cart to the my house. The driver Nestor was also courteous, extremely careful and placed the golf cart in my garage. I wish I would’ve gone straight to Cutler Bay Carts from the beginning, but then I would’ve never known what a great deal I was getting and what a pleasure it is to still find small, family owned businesses with people who love what they do and know what they’re talking about. You know you have found a great product when people come up and ask, “Where did you get that amazing Golf Cart” every time you park somewhere. This has been my experience each and every time I drive my new Club Car that was built by CutlerBay Carts, located at 19101 SW 108th Ave #3, Miami, FL 33157. The owner Tim really takes the time to work with you, and build you the “Street Legal” Golf Cart of your dreams. I can attest to this as I am on my second cart and could not be happier. This time I opted for a new Club Car Limo so I could have my extra passengers face forward for a more comfortable ride. It is also important that the person whom builds you a customer or stock cart knows their stuff as there is a lot of wiring that needs to be done and you do not want to expose this to the elements. By custom I mean cool lights that you can change with you cell phone, lift kits, Bluetooth radio and phone systems, custom seats, cool tires and awesome rims. I could not be happier with my experience with Tim at Cutler Bay Carts, where I recently purchased a street legal cart. This was my first golf cart purchase, and I did not know what to expect. Tim is extremely knowledgeable and walked me through all the considerations and options, without ever seeming like he was trying to upsell me.
