This does not deserve a star customer service is horrible! People there are very rude. I sent an email to there corporate office and haven’t received a reply which shows that this establishment does not have the customer at the top of their priority. So gender reveals are the worst and I needed balloons for one, not the typical light pink and blue, but ocean wave blue and hot pink. Colors no one had in stock, these colors are found online. Anyway, I had already purchased the light pink and blue and needed to exchange them. The young lady helped me with a crafty way to turn basic blue to ocean wave blue.
