Zero customer service. The moment I walked in the spanish speaking guy at the counter asked me what I needed in the most mono tone annoyed tone. I brought a dewalt tool i was looking to sell since I never used or was going to use it. He grabbed the box as if he was annoyed about doing his job, punched in the model # and then asked me how much I was looking for. I asked for $75 since the tool retail costs $200. He laughed and said that they go for $40 bucks online. After 10 mins of explaining to him back and forth that he must be looking at a diffeent model. He finally let me see the screen he was looking at. The guy looked at the first thing that popped up on google and it wasnt even the same model I had. Point of the story is make sure you know the true value of what youre trying to sell and dont take the first price they throw at you. Today is Sunday September 2nd. Apparently be is on vacation and won't be back to the store until Friday. Little did he know his employment staff and Manager in which they he trusted to run his store in a professional manner were going to run a circus instead. I came 15 minutes early and was told they were only taking payments. Then when I told them that as a business they have to go by their hours then they want totell me they cant test my items ue to the time that they have family to go home to. I mean really?!??    Read moreI usually deal with a wonderful gentleman name Nick unfortunately he was not at the store that day. I was treated poorly by the employees on staff and given a low offer for a diamond necklace well worth more then they offered. When asked to speak to the manager who i have spoken with once before he claimed he never have seen me before in his life I quickly jogged his memory of the previous day when he did see me. He then scrutinized me about not picking up previously pawned items which have a substantialy higher value then they were pawned for I felt i was being scolded. I immediately left with my necklace and will pick up my pawned items on Wednesday and will do my best never ro return to this establishment unless i am out of options.
