Our salesman PAT KASSINGER has always been outstanding and that's why we always come to him when in need of another new vehicle purchase. We typically like to do research on the vehicles were thinking about buying so we have control of the many options and offers presented to us before hitting a lot. This is our third purchase at Lambert Buick and who knows a 4th might be coming shortly. In the past the Buick LaCrosse and GMC Acadia Pat K sold us worked out great thanks to this guy's honesty and integrity. If you haven't sat in a Buick I suggest you try it. They are fairly priced and the quality is far superior than Toyota, Kia, Ford, or Nissan etc. My wife noted how she walked back and forth in the small lot and even in front of the front doors of Lambert's competitor and yet no one bothered to get up from their desks and come out and offer to help her? What is that all about? I said don't waste any more time but it was a good test No less. This recent visit to Lambert we went for a brand new SUV and Pat went above and beyond in his search to find us the color and model we were specifically looking for. We settled on a new Buick Envision SUV. This SUV has so many bells and whistles we have still yet to find them all. Incidentally it was nice seeing Mr Lambert there and speaking with him one-on-one. From the minute I inquired about the vehicles availability he was communicative every step of the way. We discussed the vehicle over the phone and I mentioned I was comfortable with email which he honored. I am sure any communication method would have been first nature to David and I really appreciated that I was able to multitask this purchase with my life.
It took me two weeks to do all my due-diligence. David and the rest of the staff at the dealership were patient, answered all my questions, fixed some minor things, showed me videos I requested, and let me schedule an independent inspection. While we worked through financing and payment they weren't pushy. Honestly one of the best dealership experiences I've had. I am sad they aren't closer to me.
Finally they arranged delivery of the vehicle to Chicago and it came overnight! When the delivery person drove past our house because of a mistake in his system, I texted David and he was still right there for me, even though the transaction was, for all intents and purposes, already complete.
When Lambert has the used car you want, don't hesitate to reach out even if you are far away. I will definitely be recommending them...
   Read moreI bought my mini Cooper from Lambert used and have been enjoying the machine very much. It been a challenge to get oil changes from just any one. Since I bought it from Lambert and they sent me a note about the up keep I decided to try them for this service. I discovered months later after an oil change at Lambert a part was damaged. My car was making suspicious noises when I would push on the gas. I was worried I would be taken advantage of going to a car dealer so I took it to someone I trusted, my mechanic that has a special interest in German cars. I want a reimbursement from Lambert. When I called the front desk the person booking appointments tried to tell me that couldn't happen. I asked "are you a mechanic?" "No" please don't take liberties like that. It's taking a little phone tag with right manager to try and get this resolved. Still hasn't happed. In the mean time my personal mechanic has replaced the part and I'm out of almost $200 and gas, going back and forth. As soon as he lifted the hood he could see the part was not properly attached and damaged (turbo air pipe)something the clamp was on wrong, and he ordered me another one. BMW parts are so expensive so he found me a used one (cheaper) which is a lot more a dealer would do. I'm still waiting to be reimburst. I'll leave an update...
