Regal Nails, Salon & Spa — Local services in Cypress

This is the best nail shop in Cypress. The staff is professional. I have had Nancy and Kim both do my nails and pedicures and I’m always pleased with the service. This shop is located inside Walmart that has reduced their hours...the nail shop too had to reduce their hours. They sometimes are busy because the technicians are fabulous! I recommend to call to get an appointment, or to see how busy the shop is. Because of Walmart closing early it’s best not to go before closing thinking your gonna get services that take an hour or more done in 15 minutes, and who would really want their nails done in 15 minutes. So I arrived at 7:15 pm and they’re supposed to close at 7:30 all I needed was a overlay and they refused to do it the lady called her co-worker but she was apparently in Walmart shopping or something then she said she had to leave early so she couldn’t do my nails. She offer to put glue but then was really rude after when I asked her for acetone to clean some of the glue off. I DO NOT Recommend them. They’re prejudice and unprofessional! I will never come here again. They refused service to me for no reason at all. One worker told me to pick a polish color and the other told me they were closed.
