The Computer Connect — Local services in Cypress

First and foremost I review a lot of places on google and yelp, I became a local guide to provide society with my best experience with small businesses around the so-cal area I feel as if it is my community duty to do so.

With that being said I was in the market looking for a cheap laptop to do some work on (an obvious upgrade to my 2009 MacBook Pro) i found a 2015 MacBook Air listed on and OfferUp account I sent a message got a response back within seconds! Had a small chat with the person o the other side of the cell phone screen and decided to take a trip to there store front.

As soon as I arrived to there location I was greeted by a gentleman named Oscar, he was kind, knowledgeable about all his products and answered every question I had about the MacBook

I have NEVER felt so comfortable making a purchase of a refurbished electronic till I stopped by The Computer Connect, I mean they made the process so easy and fun I had to make this review these guys are awesome. Fellow google users if your in the market for a computer or laptop make sure this is your first stop!

By far the best deals, and the people could not have been any cooler!!! First off, Marc was a huge help with getting exactly what my Gamer teenager knew he wanted in a PC. He knew exactly what parts and components it was going to take to get it done right. They didn't nickel and dime me either. Everything was up front and honest. These days its hard to trust anything you see on the internet, but these guys went above and beyond what anywhere else was offering. I will not go ANYWHERE else for anything electronic. This PC turned out beautiful!!! Built from the ground up, and re-boxed and carried out to my truck. Spend the time and look around at other places...But if you spend money anywhere else but "COMPUTER CONNECT", you are either spending more, not getting what you want, or both!! I came in before in 2023, wasn't great service but sold great products. I recently just bought a desktop computer and I couldn't be happier. Like wow, the owner Omar is a real one. Gave me a package deal, and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about what he had and was selling. There is also another Omar that works there who is extremely friendly with customers and makes you feel comfortable. They both know their stuff and don't sell you short or steer you wrong. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Went in wanting to buy a computer and I left with a whole setup. Definitely...
