Michaels — Local services in Cypress

Today I had the most disappointing experience at the cypress location beside the fact that we spend money at this store you also have to check your self out yet today I went in for a return walked in there was two members helping a customer with balloons he looks at me tells me there are check out for me to use I answered I have a return yet he continued to help the other lady two more people behind are also waiting he repeated to say there’s a self check out the lady behind me said she was paying with cash yet they other lady proceeded to use the self service the gentleman asked the lady behind to go over to the check out and helped her with her cash payment as I’m still patiently waiting because he goes back to fill balloons another worker walks to the front and he processed to walk to her and started discussing how military discount work bla bla bla mind you I’m still waiting with my cart for another minute finally I grabbed the cart threw it across the entrance and asked for his name witch he answered Christian I left and called of course he answered and said the supervisor was busy I asked him to take my name and number have her call me but then he laughed and said she was free now and gave her the phone and Sharon proceeded to tell me she asked him what happened he answered her that he for got about me mind you I’m the only one left in line how the hell did her forget about me and just started talking with coworkers tell me why this happened because I had a return didn’t feel my transaction wasn’t important or was it my race but clearly he needs to be retrained in customer service how dare you leave me just waiting and dismiss me I was so upset that I will not go back and go to another Michael to do my return yet this store staff is getting worse by the day the less they do the less they want to do poor customer service I shop her very frequently that will...

"Michaels" does not sell refrigerated black forest ham pieces. Don't go in there expecting bread pieces or a fine salad bar, either. Yes. I would be lying to you if I said to you that the stuff they sell at "Michaels" isn't food. It is. But it isn't very good food. Unless you like to eat paint and large picture frames or Twizzlers. Twizzlers they sell at the check-out as an impulse buy. More like "re-pulse" buy, gross. Twizzlers are the acrylic paint of candy. Also, this place sells holiday stuff four months before the holiday takes place. Drove to this location very late to get my sons birthday balloons blown up as a surprise for him when he woke up the next morning. I had several foil balloons and a couple large foil balloons to fill with helium, I went ahead and prepaid and the total came to $52. I decided to shop around the store while I waited for the employees to fill my balloons. When I returned to the register to see if they were done , I was told that one of the foil balloons was filled but would not float. I asked if I could be refunded for the one balloon which did not float and I was told no , because they still had to use their helium on the balloon.
