Very disappointed in the customer service. My husband and I walked in without a mask on and was offered one. I took one but my husband has asthma so he declined. Then the employee said she has asthma very bad too. Then she proceeded to say...we will take your order and get it done quickly. I then went to the restroom and when I came out my husband was paying, he was asked to wait outside to get his coffee before he even got his change back. He proceeded to stand by the door away from everyone. With all of this, there was a gentleman sitting at a table in Starbucks WITHOUT A MASK ON! So please explained difference on this. I am highly disappointed in this service. And to add i went up to get the drinks with my mask on and I said Thank You to the employee that said our drinks were ready and she just looked at me and walked away. I will never visit this Starbucks again and I will be sure to let my family and friends on of the service we received at...
Read moreManagement has instructed employees at this store that they are not allowed to clean the inside of the sauce pumps as a regular clean-up activity, and this also never happens during clean play (special cleaning day). The last 2 times a sauce pump was taken apart (only twice in the last year), it was full of black mold. Ice bins are also not cleaned regularly, even when there are spills. No safety improvements were made after this store was robbed twice in the last year. Starbucks Corporate does not care about the health, safety, or well-being of the employees or customers of this store. I would not feel safe being in this store, or eating anything that comes out of it. Threatening employees with worse working conditions and lay-offs is not going to improve morale or safety at this store. Starbucks Corporate needs to step in to improve the cleanliness, safety, and morale of this store, because currently it is unfit to be serving the...
Read moreI’m incredibly frustrated with the ongoing inconsistency in how my drink is prepared. I always ask for it to be made at 200 degrees—this isn’t a casual preference, it’s an important detail. Yet at least half the time, my drink is served below the requested temperature. That was the case again today.
I ordered a blonde Americano with a splash of steamed heavy cream. When I sent it back to be remade at the correct temperature, I watched the barista steam milk and pour it into my drink. That’s not what I asked for, and it completely changed the order. Rather than go back and forth again, I chose to walk in and request a refund.
I visit Starbucks daily and spend a considerable amount of money here, so it’s disappointing to see such a lack of attention to detail. Accuracy matters—especially when customers are clear about their requests. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, because experiences like this are making me...
