Subway — Restaurant in Cypress

I stopped by this subway to grab dinner after running at Cypress College Running Track. I placed my order through the mobile app and also used a coupon to save a dollar. I went with the footlong turkey breast and ham sandwich. I like that you're able to ask for extra tomatoes and cucumber now because before they didn't have that option on the app. When I arrived to the place, I found parking easily because the plaza wasn't busy. There was only 1 worker inside and 1 customer eating. I checked in with the worker and told her I was here to pick up my mobile order. She told me it was on the rack near the entrance so I went and grab it. I don't think that's the best place to put it because someone can just take your order. At other subway locations, they keep it behind the counter and you'll just have to tell them your name. The store looked very clean inside and everything was organized. My footlong sub was delicious, I like that it actually looked like a footlong and they give a decent...

No one in the place Sunday evening. Ordered 6 inch turkey. Girl asked if I wanted one of the choices on the board. So I chose one. I admit I haven't been to Subway in years just because they have too many preset sandwiches. She made a 12 in when I told her I want a 6 in. Her reply was "sorry" Asked for manager girl went over to to talk to another girl. Second girl made a face and when I told her the problem she said " why didn't you tell her before she made it. Do I need to be watching these people through my whole order. The point is there is a $5.00 difference in the sandwich. Second girl didn't want to give me the name of the manager.but pressing the issue she gave me a series is upper management. I just asked for the managers name. I am a disabled older person I have enough to worry about and contend with, without dealing with nonchalant, bad attitude sales people. Subway...

Though it might be every Subway this experience was at this location.

I ordered a Chipotle steak and cheese wrap. Online it lists double meat, Chipotle sauce (of course), guacamole among other ingredients.

If this is an example of double meat then 4x is what other restaurants give you.

To be fair to the person making the wrap it does not list double meat on the menu in the store, and since that is what was she was following she might not know. Of course she also didn't know about the cheese or sauce etc..

Guacamole, nope will avocado do...well I guess.

Sauce, Chipotle? It is on the name, oh and enough to taste would have been good.

So suffice it to say, I was disappointed in this Subway.

That is saying much since the bar is fairly low for the chain.

Unless you are in a hurry and want something quick, find...
