Happys Home Centers employees are only friendly when attempting to sell you one of their faulty products. Our family has purchased several times from their Dade City location. A washer/dryer combo, a stove, a refrigerator, and a fire place entertainment center. Most we paid off in the 120 days same as cash. The washer and dryer combo we did the entire lease agreement which was maybe 2 years. Two months after the last payment was made the washer broken. We have paid for their extended warranty, I believe its call Elite Program. Which entitiles us to a repair or a replacement. Happys came and picked up our broken washer and gave us a loaner. The loaner made a loud whining noise and we noticed the the clothes would come out still heavily solid. We have very active kids. Immediately, call and spoke with Jim, he will give you every excuse in the book as to why the machine is in perfect working condition. Anyways, we dealt with the broken washer, mostly taking laundry to the laundry matt or family houses, which is a huge inconvenience for us!! Approximately 6 weeks after they took our washer, we got a call from Happys saying our washer would be over $300 to fix, they did not plan on fixing it and for us to keep the broken loaner?? Its broken. I replied. So they came and took that one and brought out another one which was broken as well. We bring it to Jims attention and his reply was "We just had them serviced" well im not lying Mr Jim. Jim offered to have a repairman to come out, I was never contacted. Corey and Mike both stated that they were bringing out a replacement today 11/20/19 which never happened!!! Anyways, now they refuse to honor their contract, and verbal agreement. So end of story they are coming to pick up their broken washer tomorrow and will be delivering our broken washer back and we are forced to file a complaint with the BBB and contact a consumer attorney. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!! AND HAPPYS I WOULD RECONSIDER JIMS...
Read moreWent to this place to get buccaneers recliner. Missy was awesome and very happy to help me get it. Couldn't get for a few days cause it was coming from another store. Missy was told it was brand new and never been in someone's house. Paid money before seeing it. Believe all was good!! Cool!! I go to get it on Saturday and the chair was use and pretty beat up. Ripped material broken back. Sad. Put it in my car and brought it home. Didn't even take it out of the car because I wasn't happy about the whole thing. So it stayed in the car. Monday after work I took it back. Missy apologized cause she didn't know only what she was told. But... Jessica was there and was not the nicest person. I asked for my money back that I put down for the chair that I didn't even see before I paid think all was new. Well she says no refunds!!!! What???? That's just wrong!!! I will never do business with you again....

Then this angel name Misty called me and when I tell yall hands down her customer service was emaculant! I felt has if I had known her for years.
