I walk in on 4/22/2018 the service at first was great everyone acknowledge me, when I spoke to the salesman (Franco) I told him I’m looking for a full size bed and a dresser he told me they are all the way in the back of the building so I went and saw the one I wanted I asked him to show me what the dresser look like in a white color he said I don’t have it in the building but I have it in the book so that you can get an idea I said perfect let me see we went to his desk he show me I said no I like it better in the cherry color he said he’ll have to order it I said ok and I proceed to ask if he had any special on a full size bed set he said yes let me show you he show me the “Tyler” I said oh wow I like that one what else you have he show me a few but at the end I went with the Tyler bed and I said what would be my total if I get both beds he said 1550 I said what all I get with the queen size bed set he said pretty much everything on the picture I said perfect I’ll take it he started the paper work we choose a delivery date and as we finish I ask him to let me see the book so I can take a picture of all I’m getting and to also write down everything I’m getting so he did well delivery day 4/25/2019 came never got a call from delivery people letting me know if they are coming or not so I call the store they show up around 3:20 set everything up and I’m missing a night stand and my queen size mattress and box the delivery people said I don’t order that I said yes I did so I called the store again and they said it’s not on the invoice but they will try to get a hold of the salesman since his off well it’s now 4/26/2019 5:31 and I still haven’t received my mattress or box and to top it I’m not getting the other night stand unless I pay more (which makes no sense, when I was told everything on the picture) I spoke to the manager today because the salesman will not own up to his mistake and on top of that he said it was a misunderstanding!? 😔 but I understood everything he told me the day of the purchase sadly the store will not give me everything I was promised and they have lost me as a customer I don’t trust them at all... if you buy from this store I recommend you record the conversation and take as much evidence as you can because is your word against the salesman

I totally don't recommend this place, bought a set of twin mattresses with bed frames paid over $350 to get delivered and set up unfortunately I was not home the day of the delivery, my sister was she said the guys dropped the items in our living room and left once she notice they were taking off she ran to stop them and told them I had paid the set up fee, angry they said that was not listed on the delivery sheet and went in and put everything together. I didn't take it that serious since I work and when ever I have to stay late Unexpected I get mad too since I plan things after work any who decided to give them a second chance, (Month later) went in there on a Wednesday to get a bed frame that I liked and paid over $550 just for a frame No biggie I love it and decided to pick it up my self not have it delivered to avoid any issues, I advised the lady I would have it picked up on Saturday but if it was not there since they had to order it and have it sent to the warehouse (That's what she said) I would pick it up till the following Wednesday my only day off, lady calls Friday to tell me my bed frame was there, stated to her it would be Saturday when I could pick it up well she said she had a customer that was interested in my bed and if I was not picking it up that day she would sell it and order me a new one! First of all I had already paid for mine WHY would she sale mine?? She said the customer was very interested and would buy it at that moment if he could take it home he did not wanted to wait for it to be ordered and shipped that was too much for him, I told her I was going to see if someone could pick it up for me. Saturday my mom goes in early morning and the lady very rude said "So you were the person that was supposed to be here yesterday and never showed up!!" I never confirm sending someone on Friday I told her I had to see and I would call her back she had no right to talk to her the way she did. Never ever again will I go there!! They lost a good customer because I change my furniture at least twice a year and pay...

IF YOU PLAN ON BUYING FURNITURE FROM THIS PLACE DONT DO IT !!!! WHERE SHOULD I START?? WELL THE CUSTOMER SERVICE THERE IS HORRIBLE WHEN WE FIRST BOUGHT OUR FURNITURE THEY MADE IT SEEM EASY AND FAST NOT KNOWING I WAS GOING TO HAVE THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE . I BOUGHT 2 TWIN BEDS AND TWO CHEST DRAWERS . ONE WAS WHITE FOR MY DAUGHTER AND THE OTHER WAS A DARK CHERRY . WE WAITED FOR OUR FURNITURE TO BE DELIVERD OUR KIDS LEFT TO SCHOOL EXCITED OF COMING HOME TO THERE NEW BEDS AND NOTHING THEY CAME LATE AT NIGHT . WHEN THE FURNITURE WAS DELIVERED I DIDNT NOTICE THE CHEST DRAWER FROM MY SONS CHERRY WOOD HEADBOARD WAS DIFFERENT THE COLOR WAS MORE LIKE A LIGHT BROWN . I WENT BACK AND THEY SAID OK WE GOT IT TAKEN CARE OF WAIT FOR OUR CALL . DID THEY CALL NO.. I WENT MYSELF AND ASKED THEY SHOWED US THE SAME ONE WE HAD AND THE ONES THEY HAD DELIVERED DID NOT MATCH HIS BED . NOW WHY WOULD I BUY DIFFERENT COLOR BED AND DRAWER . I SPOKE TO THE MANAGER AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPTS TO SOLVE MY ISSUE . I THOUGHT SHE WAS GOING TO SOLVE IT WHEN SHE SAID IM SORRY JUST GO HOME I WILL GIVE YOU A CALL MONDAY DONT WORRY .. YEP SHE NEVER CALLED MONDAY I WENT NEXT DAY ON MY DAY OFF AND THEY WERE ALL STANDING THER JUST LOOKING AT EACH OTHER LIKE WHEN THEY KNOW SOMETHING IS WRONG . THEY AGAIN SHOWED ME NEW ONES THEY HAD BUT STILL DID NOT MATCH .I WAS PISSED AFER HAVING TO GO SO MANY TIMES .I ASKED TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER SHE SAID I CANT DO THAT IM IN CHARGE RIGHT NOW AND TO TOP IT OFF THEY WANTED ME TO PAY 200 MORE .... AFTER I WAS MAD I REFUSE TO PAY MORE WHY DIDNT THEY JUST SAY THIS IN THE BEGINNING ?? LIES LIES LIES .. STILL NO SIGN OF THE MANAGER AND I TOOK A BLACK DREESER HOME I WAS JUST FED UP WITH ALL THIS .
