Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Dallas

Very poor service, very dirty hot and the employees act like they hate helping people. I ordered and I received the confirmation email and I went to pick up my order and they refused to give it to me after I showed them the email and receipt. I asked for a refund and they refused to give it , they said I would have to cancel online knowing well that you can’t cancel online, I will be calling corporate on the 2 employees that where there . I had to take my business elsewhere to Dominos !! I won’t be ordering from them anymore .!!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. The manager here is rude and disrespectful she seemed bias from the time I walked in the door. Yelled at me and refuse to serve me all because I asked if they had any paper menus. She should be fired, told me the only thing I could order was pepperoni pizza, wings, and stuffed bread. News flash if you don't want to be at work stay home. I'm a paying customer who expects to be treated with appropriate respect and quality customer service. This is not the first time she has done this either it happens everything I go which is probably once a month. Next time I will post her picture on Little Ceasars Twitter page because...

Wee standing at the register for 10 minutes when I had to say something...they were in the back with no gloves mixing up the doe....the lady with one tooth told me to wait because they were handling some business..lol yeah I know.....so I was like what's going on that's more important then your customers....she said.."dope".....she caught an. Attitude so quick I left...I don't recommend this place for the fact thatvi saw them mixing up doe with no gloves.....while moving there hair out there way...bare...
