Subway — Restaurant in Dallas

On Monday evening around 6:30 Pm. I had gone with my husband. No one else was in there (customers). So as I went to the counter to Order there was no one to take my order in front. I waited and waited and waited and waited. My husband went in to the bathroom as soon as we walked in while I attempted to Order. I was still waiting and waiting. All the mean while there was a worker standing to the far right Of me just standing there occasionally looking up at me but never came near to take my order. Not untill after waiting even longer (which i was ready to just storm out of there due to being ignored for such a long time) she finally came a bit closer to tell well be with u in a min. Mind you i had already been waiting a very long time with no one apeoaching me. When FINALLY THIS HUGE dirty looking female came around the corner from where ever she was at and was very slow getting to her station to help me. Once she finally took my order, is where the real issue came to be . i had ordered the steak and cheese. Longer story short. She wanted to give me the scrapings of the bottom of the tub that did not even fill the portion cup not even half way. The second scrapping of the tub was even less. She had to lift the drain screen to get the little bit of meat that was left at the very bottom of the tub that didnt even cover the bread where she attempted to spread the very little of met she was able to scrape up. I let her know tha that was not enough meat for a footlong. She tried yo tell me that those were the portions they give. Hello!!! frequent Subway customer. Not my first. I told het no its not . she wanted to charge me more for the scrappings. I told her i was not going to accept the small portioned scrappings she was trying to pull off. Needless to say I LEFT . BUT FIRST SHE TOLD ME TO GET OUT IF I DIDNT HAVE NOTHING GOOD TO SAY. NOPE CALLED MANAGER. WILL...

We do not go to Subway often. We googled this location because my husband wanted to eat subway. I have never ran out of a restaurant so fast and disgusted. I went to the bathroom while my husband was ordering his sandwich. There was fecal (poop) matter on the toliet seat, walls by the toilet, and wall by the trash can by the door! I could not believe a restroom at an eating establishment could be left so disgusting. Like many other customers I firmly believe that how clean a restroom is indicates how clean the rest of the restaruant is. I was in shock. I was unable to stop my husband from completing his transaction. Every table in the restuarant was dirty and he did not have anywhere to eat (I refused to order anything and chose to tell my husband why once we were outside). There was an African American man who the workers knew asking if he could wipe the tables (did not work at Subway). The girl told him sure after they closed. He had a white rag on his head and when he saw that there were no clean tables took it off his head and started wiping the tables with it!!! This is unacceptable. Workers need to do their job and not have a person asking customers for money doing it. The African American male in his 20's asked my husband for $2.00 in a Subway store! I was waiting in line for my turn to order when out of a sudden these two men walk into the store and one of the employees (an overweight black woman) asks the young man making the sandwiches to take their order first. The young man tried to explain to her that I was next and there was a line of people waiting and she insisted on making them the sandwiches first. I was extremely angry at the situation and she never bothered to apologize or even discount my order for doing that. She was rude beyond belief, but it’s okay cause I had her putting my veggies on my sandwich and I was rude back. Lol.
