I'm so impressed with this florist! I sent an arrangement via Teleflora online to my sweet friend who was hospitalized in a Dallas hospital that is comprised of several different buildings. BeauMonde Flora filled the order, and I'm so glad they did! I'm always a little leery of sending flowers to a large hospital for two reasons: 1) I worry that they may not get delivered to the correct building/room, and 2) I worry that they won't look like the photo I'm choosing them by or the amount I paid for them! I was so grateful for the GORGEOUS bouquet that went to the correct hospital room! And the "stained glass" vase I chose was just as stunning as in the website photo. My friend, who had begun feeling really depressed after a long hospital stay, shared that it certainly lifted her spirits and made her smile. Customer service is as stellar as the arrangement. It was the first time I've ever had a florist text me photos of flowers after they've been delivered! And they let me know that the arrangement was left at the Nurses' Station in the * Building. UPDATE: I received a personal call from the owner who was genuinely apologetic of the arrangement that was initially delivered. She said she was embarrassed as it was far from the quality that her business represents. She asked to make it right & THAT she did!! WOW!! The new arrangement was created & delivered by her personally & it was absolutely gorgeous! I mean stunningly beautiful & totally exceeded my expectations! BeauMonde Flora went above & beyond and I can't thank them enough. They value their business & more so their customers....as it should be! I highly recommend their shop & they have definitely earned my business going forward!

Chose this shop based on past reviews & being close to the delivery address. Selected the arrangement from their website but sadly what I ordered & paid extra for was not delivered. Reached out to the shop to make restitution or obtain a refund & have not received a reply. Called the shop but no answer. I get that it’s Mother’s Day week but that shouldn’t justify poor quality in product or service. I would never recommend this shop to anyone! No option to post pics which are horrible.
