Worst experience ever I went to this place after seeing the instagram posts Made a quotation came up to 13.5 k They asked me to pay the deposit for 1k I already communicated very next day to the sales rep that I need a refund as my family intends yo buy furniture somewhere else cause they liked something better Very next morning they start showing actual colors Now I canât get my refund cause they say there is no cancellation no refund
They didnât say this when they took the deposit amount which was 1082 dollars
Iâm stuck to do forceful purchase which I donât intend
I decided to get 2 ortho jpt mattress for 515 each
When I arrived at the store the owner threatened me saying that we wonât give any refund and he is doing me a favor giving those mattresses
He made me sign documents which had a condition of 24 hour return policy and 30% restocking fee if the item was damaged or something
I was not fully done reading the document and the owner said that we wonât load the mattress in uhaul if I spent time in reading the document he was making me sign documents
He was very rude and showing signs using his hands with the employee to throw the mattress in that guys uhaul
I never experienced this behavior with any shop owner in America đșđž before and I even asked him to behave with me as Iâm his customer
Most of the furniture he advertises is from nova furniture and he is just third party

My initial experience with the store was very pleasant but after I got the products and called in to address any issues the manager would be extremely condescending and started to yell and talk at me. My furniture was missing instructions and after telling them the manufacture could have made a simple mistake John started to talk to me like I was stupid. I then had to go into the store to address my concerns and was advised they would order me the correct pieces. I never received a call advising me that they came in. Here I am a month later calling to address the same concern and my calls wonât go through. I had to download google voice and I advised the store rep of that and he stated I was blaming him and it must be a problem with my phone. This by far has been the worst customer experience I ever received. All the pleasantries I initially received from Brook has been overshadowed by the amount of disrespect I receive when contacting this store. Please DO NOT shop here.
