I've been coming here for almost 1 year, after today I will never come back. I was shocked after Maria and Karen in the back was vindictive. I called to see if they were busy and Karen answered the phone and booked my appointment after I told her my baby and I was walking across the street. Karen told me to come in. I sit there for 20 mins after the 2 employees ( karen & maria) plotted up not to service me. I will never come back here again. I felt uncomfortable and embrassed at the fact Karen was arguing with me infront of my 10 year old daughter and when we left out the store, it was sad to see my daughter cry, because karen was loud, arguing, and cursing infront of my daughter. She have been very unprofessional before. Ive reported nothing never happened. I suggest never to go hear especially with kids.

I've reported about Karen twice and her personal issues with me haven't been resolved, yet. But the public see how you treat your customers and unprofessional of aggressive message back show how this location handle they customers. If I've been coming almost a year to support this establishment. Then you will see whos your problem. But again this is your business and people see the aggressive message back to your customers. In conclusion, you have other unhappy customer's on the review...

The lady who did my eye lashes did a great job but she wasn't very good about instructing me on what to do. It was like pulling teeth and nails to get an answer on what to do for a first time person getting eyelashes, it was like asking her questions were annoying. Then the lady did my chin. She must have used some dirty thread because one she didn't get all the hair and I have never in my life had bumps under my chin as I have on this visit and I have had it done there often. I would have gave 5 stars for the lashes but everything else sucked so I was being nice giving it a 3 star and that is for this visit, not the other times I came.

I couldn't respond to the owner's comments and this was the only way to do it. Thanks for your feedback it was very helpful, but as stated in my initial post, I have been here before and it wasn't the product used after threading, nor have I ever left and not have all the hairs removed. It doesn't mean I won't be back, but I will not allow the same lady to do the service again for the threading/waxing. Thanks again...

So I came in 20 minutes prior to closing. I didn't think it was too late considering that I was only getting my eyebrows threaded. I guess the two ladies were upset because as soon as I came in, I was asked what I was getting. I said threading and the lady seemed highly agitated. She was indirect about it though, and breathed heavily towards another worker in annoyance. I ignored it and just followed the other worker's instructions to sit down. When the woman finished (I think her name is Trisha/trish/I don't know) she dropped the mirror on my chest instead of handing it me. Yes. I'm pretty sure she tossed it on me while my eyes were still closed. Oh yeah, My eyebrows are literally pencil thin as if it's 2006. She normally does a good job, but I guess she just had to do something negative. this wasn't the first time the workers were a little rude either, but This was a bit too much for me this time. Save your money and go elsewhere. It's cheap but not worth the...
