We chose this location to celebrate my grandson graduating from Pre-K 3. I realize we are still facing issues from the pandemic however there's no reason that a guest should have to wipe booths down prior to sitting. Our party needed two booths, both booths were filthy. I physically had to take wetones and wipe down not only the table but the seats as well. Both had crushed red pepper flakes, parmesan cheese and pizza or wing sauce smeared on them. I also noticed that this location no longer stamps the child/parent's hand or requires a selfie to be shown upon exiting which I feel is necessary safety check in todays society. Our party ordered 4 pizzas, 3 salad bars, wings, drinks, cotton candy and play passes as we were truly here to celebrate. Let's start with the salad bar, why offer a salad bar if the fixings are limited or unavailable ? The wings were undercooked, not crispy at all, boneless wings dry and improperly sauced. The pizza took forever and let's just say it didn't live up to my expectations considering I've visited this and other locations pre-pandemic. The drink station was in need of a good cleaning as is the sticky carpet in front of the prize counter. (Your feet are literally sticking to the carpet) Out of all my complaints the worst was the condition of the women's bathroom there is no excuse for what I saw. There was vomit in the sink (which really looked liked feces), feces smeared all over the middle toilet and stall and you could smell both the feces and vomit from the entry door of the bathroom. Trash receptacles in the bathroom and dining area appeared to not have been emptied all day!!! Again we are still in the middle of a pandemic and I realize businesses are struggling but again how is a guest to properly wash their hands in such conditions? I'm unsure if corporate has visited this location recently but they definitely need to pay a visit as this location needs a deep cleaning and makeover. Very...
Read moreNever host a party here. I was very disappointed with the wait staff , and host staff/Birthday Host and Manager's as well . When i got there literally nothing was prepared , Not even the balloons we wanted . Pizzas took from 25-35min to be brought to my table , and they wouldn't even let us know when they put the pizzas at the table they would actually put them at a different empty table not THE BIRTHDAY PARTY TABLE . The managers and most of the employee's would look at us with an attitude and like they hated there job . PLEASE start hiring people that actually love kids , and that love smiling at customer's that are being very patient and calm , and respectful when we ask them where are pizzas are or that a person forgot our Passes , drinks , and the balloons . It was unacceptable how Me and My husband had to get up and order everything when my Host already knew everything we had ordered .Literally everybody that was invited to my Babies party at this location told me to never ever waste so much money at a chuck e cheese if they weren't even going to treat us the right way , everything was just sloppy messy and was in a Rush . If your employee's can't host 1 birthday Party right , what in the world makes yall think they can host 3-4 birthday parties at once Thats just insane . My ADVICE NEVER EVER BOOK A PARTY AT THIS LOCATION you will waste $350-400 For really bad service !! Horrible Service , Horrible wait staff , and Horrible Rude...
Read moreAverage, but where R the sky tubes?! I haven't been to a chucky cheese since I was in Huntington Beach, ca. When my son was 12. That has been 16yrs, the food stuck then & was overpriced. Just like today. Even though I didn't pay for the rental space for my niece's birthday party. I think what you guys charge for the space. Is way too much! That is ridiculous! If God ever blesses me with another wife & kid's. I will never take them to chucky cheese. Not to mention, there was a creepy old man following my niece, that my mom noticed. That's why I followed him he randomly walked around for hours, & then he left. What the hell I thought this was supposed to be a secure place for kids! Back in the day, you were not allowed to go into a chuck e cheese. If you were an adult & didn't have a kid. Only if you were attending someone's kid's party were you alowed. Then you were stamped with the same party insignia of that group. Your security sucks! It's a good thing i'm a Marine! The only thing that was nice is you guys had a bounce house, & chucky came out. Thank God for all the mexican restaurants around your place. I left & got some real food carne asada Burrito cross the street. My Sofia Mickey had a great time & I guess that's all...
