Tokyo Bar - Asian And Grill Cuisine — Restaurant in Dallas

The food was good, not the best, but good. There seemed to be only one server, so we were patient at first. Then the place was pretty empty, besides one table. The server took a long time to get us our menus, only brought us water to drink & never offered or asked if we want anything else to drink, we had to ask for napkins & we had to ask 2 times for silverware. We were a party of 7 ( celebrating my nephew's 15th bday) some plates come in a timely manner, the appetizers, fried rice, Mongolia Beef, lo mein & Umami Broccoli ( this plate was bland). I was the last one to be served my 2 sushi rolls wait was about 25 mins after everyone else was served. Tokyo roll had onions, eventho i had asked for no onions. I didnt send it back because it had taken so long to get it in the first place, the second roll came about 10 mins later, at this time the rest of the table was done eating. We asked for our check and it never came. It wasn't until we got up to leave that we got our check with an 18% gratuity included. I normally give no less than 20% on good service but this time I inclined to leave only 15% due to the slow service & lack of attention, but had no choice. I will not...

My family came here for the first time and we were sadly disappointed. The amount they charged for the food was so disproportionate to the portion and quality. Their fried rice doesn’t even look or taste like fried rice. It looked like steamed rice with soy sauce. All the food tasted like it came out of a freezer box, no exaggeration. The server came out randomly to tell us they burnt the egg rolls..? What type of customer service is this? Later on we noticed her vaping right behind us. We have kids. This is incredibly inappropriate. We will never return

When I called the first time, the lady that answered apologized and told me to call back later since the manager isn’t there yet. I called later trying to speak to the manager, but nobody answered. I had an amazing time at Tokio Bar in Dallas. This place truly exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I walked in, the vibrant and energetic atmosphere drew me in.

The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. The cocktail menu was impressive, offering a creative selection of drinks that were expertly crafted. I tried several cocktails, and each one was a delightful blend of flavors.

The food at Tokio Bar was a highlight of my visit. The menu featured a fusion of Japanese and American cuisine, and the dishes were not only delicious but also beautifully presented. I highly recommend trying their sushi and sashimi; it was some of the freshest I've ever had.
