I hate giving bad reviews it’s really hard to do. But new renters should know. Nice “luxury” “looking” apartments but really there’s poor construction quality. Your air ducts are shared with neighbors so be prepared to come home to garlic, salami, bell peppers and onions, weed smoke, or pretty much anything else your neighbors are doing. Management while “seem” nice really are a joke. They aren’t able to do much of anything. Maintenance is up and down because they overload one man to do it all so much so that he’s suffering physically because of it. Black mold was developing in my closet and took weeks to get that problem solved due to how overloaded and stressed out the maintenance guy was. He almost missed the issue completely. They cut costs here so much that it’s a hinderance to staff and renter. By the way that same maintenance guy is also your “emergency line”. He NEVER ever answers the emergency line calls so not sure what the point is of posting the number. Management’s process here is horrible. My neighbors love to smoke the most depressing strain of weed every single day so when I get home from a long day of work I’m greeted with THICK smokey weed smelling apartment as if I smoked the weed inside myself. Ive had to turn off my ac in the summer to decrease the smell. I’ve had to open all windows candles and plugins to remove the smell every time and that isn’t enough. Management “acted” like they were trying to help solve the problem but really never actually looked into it or provided any solution other than for me to break my lease half way through it. The last thing anyone wants to do is haul their stuff to a new place to stay, get settled and have to pick up and haul again because there’s nothing management can do about their weed smoking lease violating tenants. My health has been impacted by the smell recently and I’m very stressed living here every day. The one star that I wish I didn’t have to give is for the 4th floor view the only “amenity” I liked. But this building was poorly built. To be fairly new apartments charging the prices they do (insane) I shouldn’t be smelling or hearing much of what my neighbors do. Not all apartments are built so cheap. This one is. Save your money for real luxury living or pay less to deal with...

All of the reviews here are 100% true! I haven’t had this good of an experience with a property manager in a long time. We have moved every year for the past six years because we’ve just had the worst luck with places. We are so confident this place will be a place to call home for a while. Also the view from the roof is breathtaking also there is a fire pit which is absolutely a plus for the winter months. We are so excited to move here in September. The touring and leasing process was so incredibly smooth and Hallie is the best. I can tell she truly cares about the property. The amenities are absolutely amazing and it’s located in an up and coming part of Dallas. I also love that there is a lot of storage within the apartments because we are coming from a loft with one small closet. This place feels like you are in a nice hotel and you can tell everything was done with care. Also has a small but GREAT gym with equipment you never see in an apartment gym. A stair stepper and a rowing machine! Also I love how there are only 60 something units which makes it feel really intimate.

UPDATE: After a year of living here I must say this has officially been the best place we have ever rented from. We unfortunately have to relocate to out of state otherwise this is where we would reside for a while. I highly recommend living here if you are looking to. The walls are thick and I have never heard a neighbor. The building is so secure and I have felt incredibly safe living here. The gym is small but has great equipment, even a stair stepper! Great high quality appliances. The rooftop, clubhouse and downtown view are unmatched. Also The Cedars neighborhood has always been my favorite. So quiet over here and nothing really happens. Also cool events like The Cedars Open Studios happen once a year. You can walk to the Farmers Market. Across the street is a hip dive bar called Mikes Gemini Twin....

DISGUSTING!!! I came to this apartment just to check it out. I had called but nobody picked. Upon entering I saw nobody was there . There was a room and I saw a lady there she was on the phone I signaled to her and sat down waiting for her to attend to me. I waited for 30 min this woman was on the phone loud as heck laughing and having a full blown conversation with someone on the phone. I got up and went back to the room signaling to her that I’m still here and went to sit back down . This lady continued her conversation like I was unimportant and like I didn’t even exist. This behavior is just DISGUSTING. If this is the way you treat your tenants then that’s just ridiculous. I walked out and went straight to google. I’m wondering if I was white would she have attended to me?? She saw a black woman and I guess she just didn’t think my time was important enough to attend to me. Like I said very disappointed in this apartment, never even got to take a tour and im already over it . Pls do better or get employees that won’t sit on their phones all day on company’s time having pointless conversations instead of attending to...
