Horrible customer service. I live downtown and had a taste for pizza. Found this place via Groupon. I'm new pregnant, super hungry and ready for pizza. Well they had no pizza dough and it was a 20-30 minute wait for pizza dough to arrive. Considering I just purchased the Groupon I was willing to wait. Even convinced another customer to wait when she asked about another pizza place. Forced purchased snacks from other places before I passed out. Another vendor mentioned "oh that place is always out of dough" as I mentioned I really didn't come here for anything other than pizza. To the point .... Customer service absolutely sucked. I advised the female cashier I'm pregnant and came her just for pizza. So I was taken by surprise when I final received my pizza ask for two 'cups' of water (had a 3 year old with me whom was also waiting for pizza) and the cashier pull out a bottle of water exclaiming "you can have one but not two" In that second it didn't matter what the food taste like, I will never give them my time or dime. She gave me my food in a box. No plates Or Napkins. Didn't ask if I wanted it togo. Obviously I was ready to eat at that moment. I looked around to see no other customer had a pizza in a box. As hungry as I was I was polite to her the entire time even after the wait. So it's absolutely not clear to me why her service was so bad. They lost me and any of my guest I recommend to Farmers Market. Pizza was good but not that good. I'll be going the other direction next time for dinning in pizza. Olivella's Neo Pizza in Victory Park is much much better and the service is always on point from the front to back of the house. Never out of dough. Nice friendly staff who would give a damn about a pregnant lady waiting 30 minutes and actually offer a drink rather than treat a customer as if they are begging. This is what I get for my bucks. By the way we are talking an Osarka water. Less than $4 for a 24 pack. No dough and limited water. Maybe they should lower those prices cause something isn't adding up here. Call before you go if you must. This place is over...

Bellatrino is an absolute gem for any pizza lover! The moment you take a bite of their wood-fired Neapolitan pizza, you’re reminded of how pizza is meant to taste. The dough is light, chewy, and perfectly charred, topped with fresh, high-quality ingredients that take flavor to another level. I tried their Margherita and couldn’t get over the perfect balance of their house-made tomato sauce, gooey mozzarella, and fragrant basil. Whether you’re a fan of classic pizzas or more creative options, Bellatrino’s menu does not disappoint. Every bite is a masterpiece, and you can tell they care deeply about authenticity and quality.
Beyond the incredible food, the service here is equally worth mentioning. Leah went above and beyond to ensure our experience was flawless. From the warm welcome to her attention to detail, she made us feel right at home. Leah anticipated our needs, offered thoughtful recommendations, and made the whole visit feel special. She’s truly a customer service rockstar, and it’s rare to find someone who genuinely takes such pride in making guests happy. With service like hers, Bellatrino stands out as much for the experience as it does for the cuisine.
Bellatrino is more than a pizza spot—it’s an experience that brings together exceptional food, warm service, and a cozy, inviting atmosphere. Whether you’re craving a quick slice or a sit-down meal with friends, this is the place to be. If you’re searching for the best pizza near me or an authentic Neapolitan pizza restaurant, look no further than Bellatrino. Trust me, one visit here and you’ll be planning your next one before...
Read moreBad hygiene and bad service. I tried this place for the first time in person and ordered a calzone with pancetta and arugula. I was told when ordering that this would be about a 10 minute wait which was fine with me. My friend ordered a sandwich and received hers in a timely manner but my calzone took 30 minutes. We stood there waiting and watching and I kept thinking...if I was told the wait would be this long I would have ordered something else no problem. I saw a few calzones go into the oven and come out in that 30 minutes but apparently none of them were mine. After a while, the person at the front manning the register went back to the kitchen and started adding prosciutto to a calzone before it went into the oven without washing hands or putting on gloves. When he came out, I told him that I saw him not wash his hands or wear gloves when preparing food and it made me uncomfortable, but he just said that wasn't my order. No apology for the bad hygiene...and still no calzone! I should have asked for a refund at this point. Finally, I received my order and it was the exact calzone that was touched without proper hygiene. Additionally, I waited that 30 minutes and did not receive what I ordered. Instead of pancetta and arugula, I received prosciutto, chicken, and spinach. Unfortunately, I did not realize it until we left and I cut into my calzone. We will not be back and I wish I could...
