We hired Natasha to help celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary and saying we were impressed was an understatement.

After finding her information online, I reached out to her and over the course of several emails we nailed down the time, date, and menu.

We asked for food options with French influence and Natasha was able to deliver exquisitely.

The Beef Carpaccio, with arugula, pine nuts and shaved parmesan and the braised pork belly were AMAZING!

Her signature drinks for us were the Old Fashioned and the Sidecar and both blew us all out of the water.

Her take on Lobster Consomme' was both unique and delicious and the Grilled rack of Lamb was perfectly seasoned and grilled.

Dessert was a Tres Leches cake with a Fig Glaze (using figs from HER OWN garden!!)

Natasha was professional, engaging, entertaining and just an all around good person. My wife, myself and our guest were glad to have shared this event with her.

Wow! That’s the only word I could think of to describe our experience with Cuisine by Natasha. We hired her for my Mom’s 70th birthday and everything was amazing. From start to finish everything was seamless. She had great communication about the menu to ensure we had exactly what we wanted including diet restrictions. The food was delicious and just thinking about the truffle mashed potatoes makes my mouth water. But it wasn’t just the food that made this day exceptional. Chef Natasha created a MASTERPIECE meal for our intimate wedding dinner. We knew it would be good, but were completely blown away. Chef Natasha was a joy to work with from the very beginning. We had great calls to plan menus and her passion for food really came through. She had great ideas and was able to come up with a menu to exactly match the “mood” we were going for. She was even able to design a riff on what we ate on our first date. She and Alex nailed the presentation and experience for our guests, who were all talking about the meal for days following our event (while we ate delicious leftovers)!
