I just wanted to share this with everyone. I placed an online order with this location on June 2, 2025, where the pick up was at 840pm. Upon receipt of my sandwiches, I noticed that they'd not included all the requested ingredients; thus, the sandwiches were very dry and tasteless. On Tuesday evening June 3rd, I called the location around 630pm requesting to speak with a manager where I would advise the situation. He never provided me with his name yet I expressed my concerns about the purchased order.
This alleged manager asked me what I'd like done about the matter which was a very simple resolution to replace my sandwiches which were 2 cold-cut combos. He blatantly told me that he would not make any revisions as he only saw this matter as a means of corrective action for his employees. I advised I'd call the DM and make a complaint about this matter. Considerably, I had to have cancer biopsies on Wednesday leaving me in severe pain where I wasn't able to get out of my home.
I got into the store yesterday considering I'd called repeatedly and the phone would continuously ring and ring. I spoke with the manager who advised she'd call the owner, where the question was why had I not come in prior I explained I had a very serious medical condition that prevented me from coming out. Per the store manager, the owner stated it was over 3 days since the issue had onset and they'd do nothing to remedy my situation.
I will send all this information over to the BBB as well I will never set foot in this location again, matter of fact SUBWAY overall has lost a very valuable customer as I don't take it lightly that someone would just take my money and not render the services requested. With that, I'm going to take every action necessary to correct this issue and I assure you never to do business with them. Read moreAfter walking to Subway in the pouring rain, I arrived and was greeted by the manager. She asked how she could help me and I said that my name was [redacted] and that I was picking up my DoorDash order. She told me to wait a minute and I sat down in the lobby. From that moment, I watched at least 7 customers receive service while I waited for over 20 minutes without any acknowledgment of my existence.
Frustrated, but understanding, I approached the counter when the line died down and asked for an explanation for my wait. While reiterating to the manager what I said, assuming that maybe she had misheard what I said, an employee came up to her. She said "He didn't say anything" in Spanish and I let her know that I understood what she was saying and that it was untrue. The employee continued telling me that I didn't say anything and I assured her that they could rerun the cameras and see that I did check in when I arrived. To make matters worse, at that point I saw that my food had already been made and was sitting on the back counter the entire time I waited.
Human error and confusion are things that I am very understanding of, but blatant lying and being combative toward patient customers are completely unacceptable. In my attempts to contact the store manager, the store has refused to answer their telephone or offer an apology for the mistakes on their part. Read moreI am a little split on this place. One night I went right before closing and there was only one guy there. I didn’t realize that they closed at 10PM and I work nights.
He was very polite and even helped another customer that came in after me. Never was he rude and I was impressed when the other customer joking said I need 15 sandwiches.
He said that’s fine I would have made them smiling. Very respectable guy.
Now I just went there and they had three people there and I made it 10mins before closing. I was told we are closed and get out. He said it kind of joking but it was still rude.
The other two kids laughed and the guy said I am serious we are closed and didn’t serve me. They didn’t have name tags but the one in the green shirt said my uncle is going to call and say we still have to stay open. The other guy named Sebastian as I heard them call him came by and made my sandwich.
They staff this place with little teenagers without any customer service skills and looks like the owner hired his nephew to run the store. They need to be trained properly and blame the management for things like this to happen. The other guy needs a raise while you need to train or fire...
