Actually I want to be honest about the experience I had with this facility at the Bank of America location. This place is the most terrifying place ever. I begged this place to put in for my glasses for three weeks . They never placed my order for my glasses. I called time and after time to see what need to be done to send off for my prescription glasses . Jessica Eli and the Manger Michelle were ask to call me back to get my glasses ordered . I walked in and picked frames that I wanted . Then when I called to see what was needed to get them sent off after 3 weeks they actually ask me what frames did I want . Thatās when I gave up. Iām so so depressed about the issues I had with this facility. I felt like if I was being treated like a kid and had to be treated as if Iām not being cared for. I have excellent insurance. I donāt know what the issue was with my glasses. It was all a waste of time that wax uncalled for. Never have Iāve been mistreated like this in my life over something like this. I donāt understands why there was never an argument about nothing. I just ver ever have placed a bad report in nobodyās. This is my first time doing this. I just had to let the people know what you might expect. Maybe some one might have had a good experience. But unfortunately I was not that one. Iāve been to vision works off lovers in Dallas and they are the most sweetest . Also Iāve been to Americas Best and they are so kind. The only reason I went to eyes over Dallas was that I was at the bankk of America building and it was convenient so I walk in gave them my prescription picked my glasses and left three weeks later nothing . The didnāt know nothing about me. Never again Iām praying this wonāt happen to you or me or anybody. Itās bad enough to wait 2 weeks to get glasses back but three weeks later they donāt know...

The first time I came in was for an annual contacts appointment appt (during my work hours) and the prescription was so off I left flustered and then had to make a second appt.
Came in for the second appointment, also during my work hours, and was luckily able to leave with a prescription. They told me they would order my contacts and update the lenses for my glasses.
About a week later I get a call that my glasses and contacts are in. I go to the office again, during my work hours, and only my glasses are ready.
I get a call that says my contacts have arrived. I take MORE TIME out of my work day to drive to the office and they only have HALF of the amount I ordered. They said they would ship the other half to me.
Fast forward to last week, I put in contacts from my new box and realized the box (that they fervently checked to make sure it matched my prescription I might add) is the WRONG PRESCRIPTION.
I call them and tell them that at this point I have 0 contacts because the second half of the order that was supposed to ship hasnāt gotten here and now the one they gave me that were supposed to be right are ALSO WRONG.
I was told they would ship me the correct lenses but itās been a week and a half and I donāt have the second box. I called and they had no idea what I was happening and now have called me back TWICE for more infoā¦apparently it was a āshipping delayā on the manufacturers side and they will arrive in another two weeks.
This place also had the AUDACITY to ask me to come into the office for a FIFTH TIME DURING MY WORK DAY to bring back the contacts that THEY GAVE ME which were the wrong prescription. Do...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis started out as a good experience but ended up being very disappointing. Initially, the lady Michelle in the office was very friendly, but Eyes Over DFW dropped the ball big time. As a new patient, I scheduled an eye exam to get a new prescription for my brand new frame, which I had purchased elsewhere. The first issue was after waiting several weeks for the new lenses, the lenses werenāt marked properly so they had to be reordered. Then, after waiting about 2-3 weeks, when I went to pick up the reorder, they notice a defect in the lens. So, they had to send them back a second time. Although being very frustrated, I tried to remain optimistic and patient. Finally, after waiting an additional 2 weeks, I was notified that the glasses were ready. I noticed that my glasses were slightly crooked and not sitting properly as they had before. The lady made an adjustment and had me sign a release. Because I was in a hurry to get to work, I did so and left. However, when I went back to pick up my contacts order, I had her look at my glasses to adjust them and she said one side had been cracked and couldnāt be repaired. She promised that she would replace the damaged glasses . That was on April 5 or 6th. After several weeks, I called to follow as I had not heard back, they told me my glasses had been ordered and someone would call me back the next day. No one ever called me back.
