I had a Surprisingly Great Experience to which i had no intention of visiting the Renaissance Tower. My mission was to file and register several personal and also family documents to be notarized & filed at the Records Building next to JFK Memorial. I was "extremely upset" finding that the building was being renovated & was instructed where the temporary office's had moved " One City Block ", after i had already parked for $5.(1hr limit) to receive depressing information. I jogged & speed walked knowing legs would be sore tonight. Entering Renaissance Tower i was greeted by (receptionist?) a friendly young lady in black & a DPD female officer with a lovely smile both individuals understood my out breath questions & directed me to 22nd flr.. Records of Registration a lonely Max motion to me & asks if i was alright due to me perspiring in the opposite line. Max than proceeded in his professionalism & knowledge in answering ALL my questions & request, while reassuring me that i'll get back in time. In doing so he accomplish half my mission and i shook his hand thanking Max. Next, Probate Court Office there i meet another friendly clerk name Marcus, here he explained what " i " was about to do with such documents in hand. Thanked Marcus for explaining the process to which i agreed to go forward with, he had me at ease & laughing. I thanked Marcus while i shook his hand. Walking out the lobby doors i was approach by the same lovely & helpful ladies asking if i found the office's & was i able to accomplish my mission, i thanked them as well & comely "walked" back to the parking lot with five minutes to spare. Fabulous, attentive & caring individual's that i meet at the Renaissance...

One day each week starting at 3 PM certain beverages are half price. I got a large Mocha Expresso, normally $5.14 for half price at $2.57. What a good deal! I noticed they have plugins to charge mobile phones (where the cozy seats are) or to use a Laptop and they have free wifi. The atmosphere here is laid back, but very busy, and they don't mind how long you stay, which I like. Now I find out from reading other reviews that on the 21st floor you can obtain public records, such as birth certificates, and other places to dine at are upstairs. Good...
Read moreVery nice place. But was awkward going in this place to the 20+ floor to get my childs birth certificate for $23.00. FYI: They only have the short regular birth certificates not the long ones. You have to go to the George Allen Court Bldg if you were born in Dallas to get the long form birth certificate. My child was disappointed because it does not show time, place, parents or weight at birth nothing, just your name and a pre...
