Peter was awesome to work with!! My wife and I were in the market for our first ever home purchase and we were completely clueless about the process (took me a while to understand what "escrow" meant haha). Peter literally walked us through every step of the way and was genuinely happy to do so.

Professionally, Peter covered all his bases. He made himself available to us at any time (even late at night lol), was quick to reply to any questions, and provided MULTIPLE recs for any services we might need (all of which we couldn't be happier with). Even during walkthroughs, Peter was invaluable in pointing out things that I would never think of (or had the knowledge base to do so). And most importantly....he got us THE house! I'm not exaggerating when I say that Peter got us the house. Our offer was competitive but not the best (numbers-wise). The difference, I believe, was that Peter took the time to get to know the seller and advocate on behalf of my wife and I.

Personally, he's even better. When you hear the term "good people" that's what Peter is. He's just good people. We always felt prioritized and that Peter had a vested interest in our home buying experience.
