SUGARED + BRONZED (Lakewood) — Local services in Dallas

CONSUMER BEWARE! Sugared & Bronzed Lakewood turned me away, after driving 15 mins there, because I posted a bad review for their other location (Oak Lawn) where the spray tanner did a horrible job and made me feel uncomfortable. Hence, why I went to a different location wanting to give them a SECOND chance. When I walked in, excited and happy to get a spray tan, I was immediately approached by the manager who asked if I would step outside to talk with her. I felt uncomfortable and said no, and that we can talk here in your store. She then said they wouldn't see me until I took the negative review down for their other location. I proceeded to tell her about my experience, and how bad it was, and said I wouldn't take the review down. She then told me they couldn't provide their service, that I paid for, and asked me to leave. I asked about a refund, which seemed like an after thought to her, but she agreed she would "take care of it" . I've never been treated like this in my entire life. A call or text before driving to you would have been appreciated versus an AMBUSH in your store. You don't treat anyone like this, let alone a repeat customer. Product lasted well over a week without streaking, even though I was at the beach and pool 12 hours a day each day during that week. Impressed with the duration of the tan and the color looked like a natural beach bronze with a golden touch. I was made to feel comfortable and was assured the tan would turn out great by Kenzie, which it did, and she said she also tanned there & loves it which told me not to worry about it coming out looking bad. There was absolutely no streaking and the tan was even top to bottom. I showered after 5 hours and agin at. 17 hours after it was fully developed. It looked so good. I will be returning. Ok this really is an amazing tan and the this is the best location for customer service, quality of service, knowledge and performance! This solution does not have that typical underlying spray tan smell and my skin does not feel like it has a film on it like all the others I have tried! This is the only place I will go to now and they are smart with the late hours because that is also a huge factor that I can do this right before relaxing at night and take a shower in the morning. Other places should take note because it makes a big difference when you get an airbrush tan and then it’s still sunny and hot outside so you can’t...
