This is the best cakery ever! The staff is incredibly sweet, patient & helpful. I've also gotten my sister hooked on this place bc I've ordered cake from here before, but this time they really outdid themselves! I brought them a custom cake order the DAY before & they were able to deliver the expectation at such short notice (Harry Potter theme, last year i did a friends theme, which they also did). They took a photo of it & we worked out the details to get it as close to the photo as possible. The next day I left without my cake & they called me to remind me of it! I was super behind schedule, so if they hadn't called me to remind me, I would have forgotten to pick it up & they would have closed & the party would have been ruined! So I was incredibly grateful they did that even though they didn't have to.

It's one of THE BEST cakes I've had both decor wise & taste wise. Moist, perfectly sweetened, unique, and intricate flavors ( I did cranberry vanilla, but I've had all their flavors). The details were impeccable & all of my guests were asking where it was from as soon as they took their first bite ! Even my gen Alpha niece was like, "Do they sponsor you?" 🤣 because I kept saying their name every time people asked, lol. Huge hit & although they can be pricey, it's worth every penny for this level of customer service & cake quality & has quickly become my go to bakery for birthdays, holidays, or just a sweet bite to eat! My family and I order Uber Eats delivery from this location all the time, and everything has always been delicious - it's like we are addicted. Yesterday, I was as moved and and completely surprised to see that one of the employees wrote a nice holiday note with our order explaining that they were out of the cookies that we ordered and that they had sent along some (of the most delicious and fun) gingerbread cookies, cupcakes, and an extra slice of cake instead.

They just went above and beyond yesterday and we would have never even thought to ask for anything like that - or even think of it as a problem! Everyone's busy and the law of physics shows us that ingredients are gonna get used up. But customers can be so harsh and unreasonable.

So thank you guys. For the delicious treats you make and for surpassing anything we ever could have even thought of when you sold out of your cookies (because they are so awesome - which isn't even a problem or something to apologize for - that's just good business to sell out!!).

I went on an anniversary date with my spouse, and I'm so glad I did. I got a slice of carrot cake and a cookie. The cake was SO good. It was chock full of carrots, walnuts, raisins (big juicy golden ones) and if I'm not mistaken there was an apple layer in between the alternating cake and icing layers. It was soft, moist, decadent, and a highlight of my day. The slice was a of a perfect for two portion (I saved half for breakfast the next day) and was stable at room temp. I love my cakes cold, so I put it in the fridge for later, but that's my own preference. The lady who helped us was so sweet and helpful. She informed us that these are Grandma's recipes passed on, and it made me so happy to hear. I miss my grandmother's carrot cake, and I think this one was as close as I'm getting to the real thing.
