Hillside Village shopping center at the corner of Mockingbird and Abrams is it convenient little shopping mall for the Lakewood area. Dream Cafe is relatively new to the area and is holding down the corner where Fuzzy's used to be. There is a Sally Beauty Supply, Dollar Store which is way more cool things and you would think. Tuesday morning is right at the corner and you can always find a bargain there. There's a yoga place I haven't tried yet and also a running triathlete place and a place for swimming instruction. Been going here forever. The parking lot is nuts and it is always busy. Lots of variety on the four corners and some pretty good restaurants. I visited the dollar store and 7-11 on this visit on the way to a meeting. It's not as upscale as it used to be.
