Starbucks — Restaurant in Dallas

The male cashier that worked yesterday around 1 was very rude in taking my order, he didn’t acknowledge me when I stepped to the counter, didn’t ask me what I wanted, there was awkward silence so I just started talking. I clearly stated what I wanted and he questioned me with such an attitude that I re-stated what I said 2 seconds before. I know what I want, I’m not asking for the wrong thing, I know what I can’t have just take my order. He then tried to cut off my transaction before my partner had a chance to say what he wanted. I shop at this Tom Thumb every so often and usually don’t have trouble getting drinks from this Starbucks but if this guy is there, I will NOT be going anywhere near it.

The manager needs to do something about this young man’s attitude! This was the most painful transaction I’ve ever had at Starbucks. Ridiculous and to top it off my partners drink wasn’t made correctly. We didn’t even bother going back because we didn’t want to deal with Mr....

I patronize Starbucks quite frequently because I love their coffee. However, I am very disappointed in this location. The Starbucks space is always dirty even when they don’t have customers! I added photos below. The napkin station is never stocked and even if it’s not being stocked because of COVID-19, the area should be cleaned and wiped down. Just disgusting. Customer service is hit or miss. There is no sense of urgency and care from the baristas. There are some baristas who really take pride in working there but others are either on their cell phones, having side conversations, or just standing around. I get a sense that morale is down at this location. I’m not sure who manages, but they are doing a lousy job. This location needs a visit from corporate office. Just sayin’. ATTENTION TAKES TOO LONG!!!! This rate is not a reflection on the workers or the drinks. I just think its kind of rediculious there aren't more starbucks shops in this area. The line is just too long for how small this shop is and they are way under staffed. The workers that work here deserve raises for how fast they have to work. I could complain about how orders after mine were served first but I understood they were getting the faster drinks done first and out of the way. The shop here either needs to expand or have another starbucks somewhere else in the area because this is everyday. They also ran out of inventory and I kinda feel cheated to have to pay for a larger size since there weren't smaller cups. The drinks however it took a while to get were still amazing even with all the pressure...
