Starbucks — Restaurant in Dallas

I went to this location, but I should have known better! This area has horrible service everywhere! A young African American guy took my order, he was the only one working there and I was the only customer there. When he greeted me, he said "welcome to Chick-fil-A"!?

I asked for a strawberry/banana smoothie, 2% milk and no protein. Even though I was the only customer there, he still got my order all wrong! He added regular milk instead of 2%, but I decided just to stay quiet and not say anything even though regular milk upsets my stomach! But then he also went and added protein! When I kindly asked him if that was protein he said yea. I kindly told him "I didn't want any protein". After that, he got an attitude and started talking in a VERY condescending way. He was so bothered that I corrected him and he had to do a new one and even said that I made him waste a banana. The way he was talking to me made me feel extremely uncomfortable and upset. Not once was I rude to him. I wasn't even upset about getting my order wrong I was more upset at how he was talking to me. I didn't like it at all! Never going to that...

DO NOT COME HERE!!! If I could rate no star I would. This place is terrible! The worst customer service I have ever received at a Starbucks. This past Sunday I thought I stop by QUICKLY (I had somewhere to be so I had to hurry) and get myself a frappé. I ended up waiting literally 20 mins for a damn drink. There were two persons working. They don't care if they get your drinks to you quickly, they will purposely take their sweet time to even start making them. Causing me to wait so damn long. I am beyond upset about this. I will not be returning. IF YOU WANT TO WAIT 20 MINS FOR A DRINK GO AHEAD. ILL BE TAKING MY MONEY...

I went to this Starbucks located inside Target. I asked for a Carmel Appy Spice. I was told the drink was only available in the fall. So I went ahead with my shopping. As I was checking out I could hear the two young girls saying it was to close to closing and that's why they didn't make my drink. Mind you I was in the store at about 7:15 pm and the Startbucks wasn't set to close until 8:00pm. This is why teenagers shouldn't be trusted to run a small location by themselves. They clearly don't understand that the customers are the reason they have a pay check at the end of the week....
